perfect r for our needs
the property is well located in Garmisch. we particularly enjoyed the mountain views from the windows and skylights and waking up to observe the light on the mountains and observe the darting swallows from the comfortable bed! The apartment is light and airy, comfortable and well equipped.

Cozy place with the great view
The flat is tastefully furnished, you have all necessary kitchen dishes/pans/cutlery etc. The host answers very fast and clear to all the questions. Also kaution was returned very quickly and without any reminder. We really enjoyed staying there
The parking was a bit complicated. The owner of the neighboring parking lot parks in the way that you can park only being too close to him. And his/her car is so much scratched, so seems that he/she doesn't care even about own car, so wouldn't mind to damage your car. Be careful and check every day if your car is ok.;)

Eine schöne, helle Wohnung mit toller Aussicht. Die Ausstattung ist umfangreich und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.
Kleinigkeiten, die eher mit dem persönlichen Empfinden zu tun haben und hier nicht erwähnenswert sind.

Schöne Wohnung für 2 Personen, modern eingerichtet, Preis für Garmisch noch im Rahmen.
Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Für die ersten Tage war schon Spülmittel, Küchenrolle etc. vorhanden. Es waren gute Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus gegeben. Die Lage war etwas außerhalb von Garmisch, dafür aber sehr ruhig gelegen mit Blick auf die Berge. Positiv ist der Schwerpunkt auf Nachhaltigkeit und Umweltschutz.
Es gab im Schlafraum Bereich, der nicht separat war, keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit, z.B. Rollos von außen oder Vorhang von innen. Da die Fenster sehr hoch waren, war es im Mai dann schon morgens sehr früh hell. Die Fenster ließen sich schwer öffnen bzw. es gab keine Öffnungsmöglichkeiten. Es dauerte sehr lange, bis warmes Wasser aus der Leitung kam. Wasserverschwendung
