A lovely, clean, and cosy property with beautiful views

We had a lovely stay! The property was clean, cosy, and very comfortable. The views were absolutely beautiful, and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Great location for: Partnach gorge, peak of Germany’s highest mountain - Zugspitze and Eibsee Lake. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful place with all the amenities you need! Very clean bathroom and was able to wash some clothes in the washer.

The underground parking is very nice but extremely hard to maneuver around. Hit my fender trying to get out.

Warm, comfortable and enjoyable

The apartment was beautiful and very homelike. The host- Emma, was extremely helpful and did her best to make our stay comfortable. There were a plethora of amenities and the home felt very warm and perfect for families. The apartment was walking distance to bus stops and to town and we could not have asked for a better stay.

Wonderful location providing a view of the mountains and clean rooms with all facilities mentioned. Details were well explained about check in and also was provided all the recommendations for nearby restaurants and other nearby acitivities.

Great apartment on a quiet street. Excellent views from the balcony.

Missing a clothes dryer. Parking in the garage was tight. Street parking was fine.

It was wonderful and would like to visit again and stay at same property.

Everything was very clear from getting the keys to all the instructions manual. Property was superbly cleaned. We traveled with 5 month old and everything was convenient. Host was also available on call at all times.

We had baby stroller and there was no lift. But we left the stroller in the lobby and all was fine.

Highly recommend this property and the town of Garmisch. Linderhof Palace outstanding.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable and had beautiful mountain views. Also the bonus of a balcony. Secure underground parking easily accessed. The location also perfectly placed within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Emma our host was easily contactable and gave clear instructions as to how to access the property. There was also a folder of information inside the apartment, which was very helpful.

The scenery in this area is outstanding, with our visit to the two gorges a highlight of our whole trip.

Clothes washing facilities and an adequate compact kitchen with good supplies. Easy on and free on street parking. Owner provided good information and assistance for us to access the apartment.

Lack of a lift. Single beds were creaky and uncomfortable. Location necessitates a car as it is in a suburban location.

Gorąco polecam tego gospodarza!!! Apartament spełnił moje oczekiwania. Apartament czysty , zadbany i co najważniejsze w zimie - bardzo ciepły i przytulny w środku! Idealny jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania okolic Garmisch i górskich miejscowości w Austrii. Położony niedaleko centrum oraz stacji kolejki, która zawiezie nas na najwyższy szczyt Niemiec czyli Zugspitze. Gorąco Polecam!

Sehr sauber, Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der Raum der Wohnung ist gut genutzt, die Betten sind bequem

Durchgangsschlafzimmer (in dem es wegen unzureichender Verdunklung morgens sehr hell wird), schlechte Lüftung im Bad; Kontakt mit der Vermieterin im Vorfeld unnötig ruppig, vor Ort dann aber super freundlich
