Stunning backyard!

Our second time staying at this apartment, and we are hoping to come back. It’s on the third floor, so be ready for stairs. Very nice, clean and comfortable place in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Free WiFi, tv, mini kitchen, living room and balcony. Easy check in. Emma was very welcoming, professional and responded quickly. Communication was very good. This property has a stunning private backyard by the river, with a beautiful mountain view. A very nice place to sit and relax. Highly recommended!!

Recommend Its a nice and cozy house perfect for a couple or a group of four friends, as in our case

The house is located at the edge of the city, but it’s just a 10–15-minute bus ride to Garmisch station. The location is peaceful and ideal for a relaxing stay. It’s a small, cozy house—just as described—perfect for 4 people, with a compact kitchen and a comfortable bathroom. You can cook your own meals if you wish. The backyard is wonderful, offering a beautiful view of the mountains and being close to the river adds a nice touch. Washing machines are available in the basement, though it can be a bit inconvenient to go up and down when checking if your laundry is dry.

One important note: the digital guest cards include access to public transportation for the entire duration of your stay in Garmisch, not just for the day of arrival as mentioned in the email. So there’s no need to rush to buy transport tickets. The mountain view was not quite as shown in the listing photos. I’ll attach a photo to show how it actually looked during our stay.

Peaceful, best for families, home away from home.

The apartment was nice and clean. All the listed facilities were available. I enjoyed the Muffins which were kept on Dining table as complimentary, Enjoyed the riverside walk and over all location.

We travelled by Public transport and that was the only issue. Every bus is after 1 hour frequency. But we made it every time. Bus stops are just 4-5 minutes away form the house. Its not about what we did not liked about the apartment, but in general about the public transport.

Great little apartment for a reasonable price.

The host was very responsive, giving good clear instructions and was accommodating when we asked to get in a bit early. It is a nice quiet location about a mile walk to good grocery stores, 10 minutes walk to bakery and restaurants. Water pressure was good and hot for shower. There was private parking available in a garage! It is a great place. Highly recommend it.

Very clean and warm. comes with a well-equipped kitchenette. Balcony is lovely to sit outside at. Has its own underground carpark, so parking was a breeze. friendly host. It’s in a residential area, so it was quiet.

Emma was a very attentive and helpful host which made the check in/out a breeze. The apartment itself is very cosy and an underground garage is always a plus in the winter. There is a bus stop across the road that you can use for free with the provided Garmisch Card. All in all a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Ripper Apartment with Modern Facilities and Wonderful Mountain View from Living Room

This is really a great little find for staying in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Located in a quiet area just out of main town, it is within a couple of kilometres to walks/ski lifts of Zugspitze and Alpspitze. The balcony and views from the living room are fantastic. It has a small kitchen area with stovetop and fridge that is fine for cooking simple meals. The bathroom, while also not huge, was modern and clean and nicely fitted out. The whole apartment was nicely decorated and the sofabed was quite comfortable for sleeping. Our kids stayed in the bedroom which had adjoining twin beds. It is the top apartment but there is also a garden at the back downstairs next to the river that can be used. It is not overly big but was definitely comfortable enough for a family of 4 for a few days. Walking to centre of Garmisch took us about 20 minutes or you can use the bus stop located nearby.

No views from the bedroom- only a skylight.

Encantadora estadia

El departamento de Emma tiene el encanto de hospedarse en una casa típica del lugar. Check-in fácil. Emma fue muy acogedora, profesional y respondió rápidamente. La comunicación fue muy buena. Por ser noviembre no pudimos disfrutar del balcón ni del jardín pero seguramente son lugares encantadores para pasar algunas horas con la tranquilidad que caracteriza el barrio. ¡Muy recomendable!

Diese Ferienwohnung ist für 4 Personen gut geeignet und im Vergleich relativ günstig.

Ein Bäcker und auch zwei Supermärkte waren in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar. Restaurants besser vorab reservieren.

Die Matratze auf der Schlafcouch könnte mal getauscht werden. Man spürt die Stangen der Couch doch deutlich.

SEHR SCHÖNER KURZURLAUB IM WINTERTRAUM

Sehr schöne, ruhige und gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Sieht Vorort schöner aus, als auf den Bildern. Gut Ausgestattet und sauber. Sehr bequeme Betten. Tolle Aussicht. Balkon im Sommer bestimmt sehr toll. Hilfsbreite und nette Vermieterin. Nette kleine Aufmerksamkeit als Begrüßung! :o) Lage war für uns ideal. Man ist, obwohl Randlage von GA-PA schnell im Zentrum. Und man kann alle Skistationen schnell erreichen. Zur Zugspitzbahn und Eibsee ideale Wohnlage in GA-PA. Tiefgarage Pluspunkt, musste man nicht Auto von Schnee befreien. Immer wieder gerne!

Es war alles soweit gut. Wir hätten uns noch eine Suppenkelle gewünscht und mehr Besteck als nur für 4 Personen. Man braucht ja auch Löffel zum Anrichten von Speisen und Kochen, aber sonst alles bestens.

Ambiente muito aconchegante. Parecia uma casinha de bonecas. Adoramos o espaço no todo e nos sentimos muito acolhidos.

O ralo do chuveiro tinha um pouco de dificuldade em escoar a água, mas nada grave.
