Nice apartment with good ameneties.

Great apartment. Furnished with everything you need. Close to the centre, supermarkets and the mountains, free parking next to the home. Clean.

Communication could be better. Check in and checkout instructions were not given unless we asked for them, and even then the instructions were not clear. For check in we picked up the keys at Stefan at the pub below the apartment. Also, beds were a bit too hard for our liking.

The apartment is spacious and has all the necessary facilities. The location is good, it is convenient to walk to the center. Accepts dogs, only a considerable fee applies.

Fantastic

Great location - just off the main road and near to the gondola to the glacier and the classic if visiting when it's open. There is off road parking, and I had a lovely spacious room with plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped and could easily be used to feed a group of people. The balcony has excellent views. Bed was comfy, decent amount of place to store things, and there is a boot store just outside the front door. Wifi was strong. The bath and shower were excellent, and the bathroom spacious. Decent size fridge was very useful too.

Not a big fan of everything being a wooden or laminate floor - would be nice to have carpet in the living room for example. Maybe just my personal taste.

So eine tolle Unterkunft: schön und hell! Empfehlenswert!

Die Unterkunft hast uns sehr, sehr gefallen, obwohl wir das Zimmer (4) daneben bekommen haben und nicht das gebuchte. Die Wohnung ist groß und hell und hat einen langen Balkon mit einem schönen Blick auf die Berge. Die Küche ist völlig ausgestattet, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause, nur das Backofen hat nicht funktioniert. Das Bad ist riesig und verfügt über eine Dusche und eine Badewanne. Die Wohnung ist auch super, super warm. Und es war auch sehr ruhig trotz der Straße unten, aber das Schlafzimmer geht auf die Seitenstraße.

Leuk appartement wel beetje gehorig

De ruime grote kamers waren super. Een grote badkamer met groot bad en losse douche was heerlijk. Het uitzicht was ook prachtig. Een ruime keuken met bijna alle gemakken erin (geen vaatwasser). Parkeren voor de deur was ook mogelijk. Je kon gratis met de bus naar de stad maar lopen was ook goed te doen.

De herrie van de hoofdweg en de medebewoners in het hotel viel erg tegen. Het was overal zeer gehorig. Je kon de ramen niet open zetten want het was zo veel geluid. Een airco had daarom wel fijn geweest in het appartement. We zijn blij dat we er niet met 30 graden zaten. Want dat was niet te doen geweest.

Die Unterkunft war etwas hellhörig und aufgrund der Straße war es teilweise recht laut. Wenn die Bar unten geöffnet ist, hört man oben bis in die Nacht noch Geräusche. Es könnte etwas mehr Auswahl beim Geschirr vorhanden sein (Schüsseln). Leider war das Internet auch nicht gut, haben es im Prinzip nicht nutzen können.

Geräumiges Apartment mit guter Ausstattung

Schönes geräumiges Apartment in Garmisch. Wohnung mit Küche insgesamt für den Skiurlaub bestens ausgestattet. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter und reibungsloser Ablauf/Aufenthalt. Das Haus liegt zwar direkt an der Hauptstraße, am Abend und in der Nacht ist es aber sehr ruhig dort. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Wir waren mit dem Auto dort und sind zu den Skiliften Kreuzeck-/Alpspitzbahn gefahren. Parken war bei den Liften problemlos (5€/Tag) und der Einstieg in das Skigebiet schnell möglich. Verleih dort auch direkt an der Station. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Auch der Weg in die Innenstadt geht entweder per Auto oder auch mit dem Bus recht schnell. Kniffelig wird es nur zu den Stoßzeiten.

Eine Spülmaschine wäre noch eine Erweiterung, ging aber auch so. Uns fehlten eigentlich nur noch mal ein paar ordentliche Müsli-Schüsseln (so 1/2-Liter-Größe), aber da haben wir uns auch mit anderem vorhandenen Geschirr helfen können.
