This is a nice, clean place near the center of Garmisch. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Great value for a vacation.

Wonderful stay with a beautiful view of the zugspitze

The Appartement is spacious and look just like in the picture. What isnt that apparent is the view from the balcony that is really beautiful. It was amazing to be able to unwind on the balcony, looking at the mountains after a day of hiking. Really nice as well to have a kitchen to cook our own food. Albeit a bit far from the center by foot, there is a bus nearby going to the center and to either the skistadium in one way and alpspitze in the otherway. The host give a card making the busses in the area free for the duration of your stay. Really nice to hike as the trails are litterally 1 block away with a beautiful lake really close (15 mins by feet) and eibsee bus stop nearby as well. Nice communication as well with the owner that was really nice and helpful. The quality/cost for this place in the area must be around the bests

It was basically perfect and we loved our stay. 1 silly nitpick : The kitchen is complete but there is no microwave in it. keep that in mind when buying supplies

Value added stay! Comfortable apartment

House was very cosy and had alot of kitchen utensils which was helpful when we were cooking. The Bathtub was nice too

Location was abit far from town since we didn't drive but it's fine they have a local bus pass for us!

Simply great

Just as promised everything was perfectly organized for our stay and Franziska has been such a nice host.. Whenever I had questions regarding the visit she was very punctual replying to my messages.. She made sure that.our guest cards were ready and we could drop our luggages at our place as we arrived in morning. The house was very clean.. very nice with nice view of Alpsitze to the balcony.. exeptional place with exeptional service..

Fantastic stay

Such a lovely 2-rooms-apartment with all the facilities, including well equipped kitchen. The balcony and a mountain view from it are fascinating, we had unforgettable breakfasts and lunches there. Due to its location not in the city centre, it’s very quite, and still the main station is just 20-25 min walk from there.

We liked the apartment in general. The location was also quite good. The host picked us up from the train station. We had a toddler who also enjoyed staying there.

The kitchen is bit small. A microwave oven could have helped a lot.

Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung für einen Kurzurlaub.

Die Wohnung war komplett ausgestattet, alles war sauber, der Blick auf die Berge war wirklich toll. Der Fußweg zum Zentrum oder Bahnhof betrug 15-20 Minuten. Parkplatz auf dem Hof.
