Stay woth family

The property had all the necessary things except for a washing machine.

The location was not friendly for a person without a personal car. Thw wifi was very bad because some imp apps like whatsapp were not supported in the wifi

I would recommend this apartment if you'll be arriving by car and definitely before 20.00

The apartment itself is good. It is relatively small but has everything you need - especially a well equipped kitchen. The highlight was the view from our window.

The apartment is seemed to be managed by someone/people who aren't based in the town. When you book, they give you the contact details of a man, Mr Memeti, and ask you to contact him about check-in. I thought it would be good to inform him of our delay in arrival to the apartment due to a flight delay, but he tried to use this against us and said that the place wasn't a hotel and we needed to pay €20 extra because we would be arriving late. On arrival, he gestured us to angrily on us arriving late and was really rude. Not a nice way to start our holiday. The location isn't great if you'll be using public transport. There is a bus stop around 5-10 min walk away which you can use to get to Eibsee for example. But it is a 30 min walk to the main bus and train station in the town where you'll find more connections.

The room is clean and tidy. a fridge and oven were in the kitchen. It is a comfortable small room for 2-3 people. (One big bed and one sofa bed)

The location, how clean it was, very quiet, we had the opportunity to wash our clothes, it was good to have warm water. The apartment was well warm

The pillows of the bed in the closet was very soft and thin , it would be nice if you change it. While sleeping in the closet bed I couldn’t charge my phone, there was no plug

Clean, beautiful, and cozy!

Everything was very clean!!! Fantastic view from the windows and a quiet location. We had on-site garage parking for the car which was nice because of all the snow. We had the best time and always looked forward to coming back to this amazing apartment after travelling in the days. The lady who met with us to give us the key was very welcoming and sweet too. 😊

No communication, no internet, left early

Garmisch is lovely. The unit was quiet and clean.

I was worried about how we would get in so I kept calling the owners for more than 24 hours but they didn't pick up the phone until we actually arrived, and then we had to wait almost half an hour in the cold before we could get in (I wasn't sure they were even coming given that they didn't speak English and my German is very limited). We weren't given the GAPA card I had purchased for so we had to pay to ride the busses. There was lots of travel information but none in English, so we felt rather lost, which was awkward since the unit is a distance from the tourist information center. No internet (not just poor Wi Fi, but my husband's hot spot didn't work), and we got worried about not being able to contact the airline prior to our flight home, so my husband insisted on leaving early and going back to Munich. Ironically, I received an email with travel information two days after we left, although if I'd received it at the time I couldn't have accessed it anyway due to the lack of internet. I don't believe this property is a good choice unless you speak German, have a vehicle, and have no need for internet access.

Absolutely wonderful stay

A hidden gem! Like a home away from home, had everything you needed in a studio (fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, lovely outdoor sitting). Near a supermarket and small trails, super comfy sheets and pillow (high thread count!), lovely greeting from owners, can even park your car in a heated area if needed. A wonderful view of mountains to wake up to every morning (could see the mountain from the bed). Had a fantastic stay! Recommended!

Great place to stay in Garmisch-Partenkirchen

The location is perfect. One can see mountains (even Zugspitze) just lying on the bed. The terrase is great for chilling out.

The WiFi was weak (download - max 34,70 mbps, upload - max 1,92 mbps - I measured with Speedtest several times during my stay). It is quite dark even when all lamps are turned on.

The location is excellent, with a beautiful view as promised! The caretakers (I believe) who eventually let us in were lovely as well and kept the place very clean. Have fun in Garmisch! It is a beautiful place :)

Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this apartment, due to the poor handling of our check in situation. We called the same afternoon we were to check in, but we were told that Booking had not informed them of our arrival or booking (despite being confirmed weeks ago). We were only able to check in at 10pm. Whilst the caretaker who let us in was wonderful, upon taking this up with Booking, according to Booking.com the owners declined to provide us compensation and outright lied, saying that we had arrived late and called only when we were at the property. My boyfriend and I were so excited about this place as the view looked so lovely and we were looking forward to spending the evening there, so you can imagine we were really disappointed. Mistakes happen of course, but the situation was really poorly handled. Considering the price we paid for just one night (over EUR100) and the fact this was an error on the side of the owner/Booking; this was not well handled. There was no need to make the situation unpleasant and it could have been quite easily resolved! Taking responsibility and a little honesty would have been appreciated :)

Very nice apartment, but we were disappointed with the limited use in the kitchen.

The location of the apartment was perfect, with beautiful views of the mountains!

The kitchen sink did not work work properly, and water leaked out onto the floor. After a few days the owners managed to make the sink usable with hot water only.

Alles wunderbar.

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Überzeugt hat mich der schöne Ausblick am Morgen auf die Berge. Es gab einen Parkplatz in einer Garage, sehr super. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Bett etwas unbequem aber das ist meines Erachtens individuumsbezogen.

Top Lage

Sehr schöne Aussicht auf die Zugspitze, Parkplatz in Tiefgarage war super. Hinter dem Haus beginnen wunderschöne Wanderwege durch den Wald und am Wald entlang mit fantastischer Aussicht. Wohnung sehr kleine aber gute Ausstattung.

Wohnung ist mit einem mittelgroßen Hund leider zu klein, Hund musste im Garten leider immer angeleint sein, sehr schade :( Bett etwas wackelig aber dennoch bequem, Küche ansich mit guter Ausstattung nur leider waren die Töpfe nicht wirklich sauber, die Pfannen sehr verölt, Geschirr und andere Untenstilen sehr staubig, im Küchenschrank stand ein alter Joghurt, am Topflappen hingen alte hingedrocknete Essensreste, die Kaffeemaschine war nicht sauber, altes Wasser im Wasserkocher. An der Spüle lag ein alter vertrockneter spüllappen. Nicht sehr schön :(

Wir waren zu früh da, es war kein Problem vorher rein zu gehen. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und uns wurde alles wichtige gesagt und gezeigt. Es war alles sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Schoon appartement met uitzicht op de Zugspitze

Schoon appartement, badkamer met voldoende opbergruimte en een vrij zitje met mooi uitzicht op de bergen.

Communicatie over de vraag of er meer handdoeken beschikbaar zijn. Mijn vraag is beantwoord door de host. Antwoord: contact opnemen met vervanger. Dus vraag doorgestuurd. Daar vervolgens geen antwoord meer opgekregen. Jammer dat onze opeenvolgende berichten niet beantwoord zijn. De startset is 1 grote en 1 kleine handdoek p.p. voor een week. Wellicht handig om dit in de beschrijving te zetten.

Echt een aanrader!

Wat was het een heerlijk verblijf! De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon en heeft een fijne tuin met uitzicht op de bergen. Het ligt aan de rand van het dorp, je loopt zo de wandelpaden op. Verder zijn we vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen een duidelijke uitleg.

Mooie locatie, matig appartement

Er was een ondergrondse parkeergarage bij het appartement en een buitenterras met uitzicht op de bergen.

De kamer was erg vochtig en klam, waardoor er een rare lucht hing. De bedden en het kussen slapen niet fijn. Er was een wasmachine, maar binnen onze verblijftijd (3 dagen) was dit niet droog te krijgen. De handdoeken waren van slechte kwaliteit, waardoor afdrogen moeilijk was.

Die Lage, die Stadtmitte war zu Fuß sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen (ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg), direkt am Fluß Loisach. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet, Tiefgarage vorhanden, Schlüsselübergabe sehr pünktlich, freundlich, jede Frage wurde beantwortet.

Coup de coup pour la ville

L'appartement était très propre et correspondait aux photos que j'avais vus.

Nous avions mentionné que nous serions là à 17 h 30 et nous y étions à 17 h 10. La personne qui est venu nous remettre les clés est arrivées à 18 h. Nous avons attendus 30 minutes dans le stationnement, Ce serait une bonne idée de mettre une boite avec un code à l'extérieur de l'appartement et de fournir le code dans les 24 heures avant l'arrivée.
