If you are looking for a value accommodation near to Ubud center, this is perfect. The accommodation is simple, but clean. Bed comfortable, AC working, bathroom clean. The host is very friendly, there is beer and softdrinkd available at reasonable prices. The room is in a nice traditional setting. Good restaurant and shopis within hundreds of steps. Parking for motorbike also available. You get nice coffee in thre morning presented on the porch. I planned to stay only 1 night and move the next day, but ended up staying all 3 nights! A great + is the quiet allocation, as it is within an inner courtyatd, quite a distent from the street.....

The location was perfect, it is very central. The staff were so friendly and provided me with free hot drinks in the morning. The room itself was good with a large comfortable bed
The only issue was with ants. There were lots of ants in the room but aside from that it was perfect
