Dekwah Homestay

We were rather surprised of how good the place was. It exceeded our expectations. It's located in the heart of Ubud it's easy and near to walk anywhere lives up to the hype in Ubud or souvenir shops. The owner/house keeper is very friendly and helpful. The room that we got was rather small but very nice with a king size bed along with air conditioner and en suite bathroom which provides hot/cold shower and clean towels. There are two options for breakfast; omelette and sandwich or banana pancake. We chose Omelette and sandwich and it was very delicious. They also gave us extra fruit salad in a small bowl (banana, papaya, orange, dragon fruit, watermelon). Each room also has a small terrace for enjoying breakfast or sitting/relaxing.

It doesn't matter to me tho coz I'm not a big fan of TV, but if you like watching TV before bedtime or leaving TV on during sleep (They don't provide TV in the room). Checkout is rather early at 10 am (tho we were allowed to check out at 11 am😊🙏)

Fantastic location in the centre of Ubud. Easy walk to main attractions, great cafes and restaurants nearby. Lovely hosts, hearty breakfast. Excellent value.

Great location, friendly owner, great value for money, simple breakfast but tasty. The bed is comfortable.

The facilities are quite basic. Considering the price, I have no reason to complain about that. There is only a fan hanging on the wall. With that one can basically survive on a hot night. There was not a mosquito net so when you sleep with the window open, be prepared for mosquito attacks.

Dekwah Homestay is a nice place to stay in center of Ubud. The owners are very nice and let me check in early and check out late. The place is very clean and quiet, the bed is very comfortable, filtered drinking water and a tea kettle is available. Also, the breakfast is excellent and served on your patio. It is definitely a great budget option in Ubud.

The water would go from hot to cool.
