I like my stay here

The family was exceptionally hospitable and loving, they treated me like their daughter. They brought me breakfast to the balcony every morning, always communicated very fast over WhatsApp, they even gave me a gift! The view from the upper room is incredible, you can see the whole Ubud with the sunset and the sunrise. The room is extremely spacious, the bed is also big, everything is clean. Staying here really gave me an experience that I wouldn't have had otherwise.

If you're a light sleeper then just bring earplugs because there are roosters around.

Little bit smell of mustiness in shower.

The location was very convenient, great views from the balcony, the breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. The room was big and had a wardrobe which was useful.

The hotel wasn't very responsive to our messages or helpful with on formation about how to move around or things to do in Ubud. The room had mould in the walls and the ceiling and the bathroom was dirty, we felt like it wasn't clean in between guests. In addition, the shower was located between the wasin and the toilet, there was no shower plate and the drain for the water was blocked, so when we showered the bathroom got flooded and we couldn't use it ( baring in mind that we were opening the shower just to use the needed water). It was cheap, but we didn't feel comfortable...
