I love Pratana House

Everyhing perfect. The place is beautiful, clean, quite and is in the center of the town. The price is great for the quality that the place has. The owners, Gusti and Ayu are so nice and kind. They help you with everything (I have a personal problem and they help me a lot). One day ask Ayu for a place for buying bananas and she told me that she bring me for free. Great human details everytime. My favourite place in Ubud for many reasons. You feel comfortable and care by really good people. Highly recomended.

Peaceful homestay with a kind family

I stayed at Pratama House for 2 weeks!! And it was a great stay. The family that owns the home is sooo nice! They were so friendly and I appreciated our conversations. The room was a nice size as was the restroom. The room would get cleaned each day. Gusti, the owner of the home helped me find a driver to take me to the waterfalls and also helped me find a gym nearby, and also recommended some cooking classes. He was so nice! Additionally, I had a sciatica injury and he helped me with some ice. Such a kind host. The home was also peaceful and quiet. It was overall a good experience!! I would recommend others to stay here.

The lighting of the room and the difficulty with the wifi when using my phone. The wifi didn't work well with my phone, it did work well with my laptop.

Amazing Place

We got welcomed eventhough we arrived at midnight. They explained everything to us and always tried to help us, for example finding a good massage place. Very quiet place and very clean. Every morning we got hot water to use for tea or coffee.

Gustin and his wife are awesome. The room is very big with a terrace. His wife’s bread is wonderful. We cannot complain about the location. It is really good location. We highly recommend staying at Pratama House.

Friendly hosts and a peaceful stay!

Our hosts were so kind, laid back and friendly. We had a few good chats! They will help with anything and give advice if you ask, or leave you to relax in peace :) We really enjoyed the peace and quiet at the homestay, whether relaxing on the terrace or working in the room when we needed to. Wifi is very good. The room is big and very clean with a comfortable bed and enough furniture to store everything. The temperature is cool during the day and at night, and there are vents in the top of the wall to keep the room fresh and cool, along with the ceiling fan. We found this more than adequate to have a comfortable temperature without the need for air con. Our room was cleaned every day, and fresh hot water was provided every morning on the terrace, along with free coffee, tea, and sugar. When we needed extra cutlery or plates our hosts happily provided everything. There is a large fridge outside next to the water cooler that everyone can use. The water cooler provides fresh drinking water, either cold, hot, or room temp. The location is great, as the home itself is up a quiet street but right in the centre of Ubud. Just a 5 min walk and you're in the busy tourist street with all the restaurants and shopping you could want. There are also good warungs along the little side street as you walk to or from the homestay. Motorbike rental is close by, but we only used a bike for a couple days to get out of Ubud as we were able to walk everywhere else in the town. Overall a great place to stay with kind hosts in a great location. Highly recommended and would stay again :)

The room and the garden were lovely, the bed was comfortable. I had everything i needed for a relaxing week. Gusti and Aya - they are super nice and helpful. There is a nice kitchen nearby, with another nice family running it.

Wonderful accommodation, with wonderful owners, for a good price!

Everything is fine! I first stayed here for a while, but then extended my stay and have been living here for almost a month. I had a limited budget for housing and have visited some uncomfortable places, but this guest house was a godsend for me, because it is a very comfortable mentally and physically housing for moderate price. My room did not include a kitchen, but it has a shared frig. A very pleasant family are the owners of the guest house, they are very hospitable and positive, careful and tidy, they clean the room every day and respond quickly to requests. The guest house is located close to the center, but away from the noise, so it is quiet and comfortable to rest here. There is always a thermos with hot water, coffee, tea on the table near the room, and sometimes the hostess treats me to goodies) I am very happy to be here, thank you so much for my comfortable stay at your home !

Pratama is in a quiet area, a traditional Balinese compound where the family lives. The owners, Gusti and Ayu are friendly and helpful. It's spotlessly clean, and offers all day coffee and tea on the verandah. The bed was comfortable, aircon efficient, and wifi fast and reliable. I've become a regular here, first staying here well before the covid lockdowns. I recommend it..
