My stay in Uma Tamam House was mostly comfortable. The road that goes to the house from the main street is narrow, with busy traffic, so it wasn't easy to walk but manageable.There's no breakfast option but there's always hot water, coffee and tea for your consumption, day and night. The caretaker of the house, Ayu is such a sweetheart and always happy to help.
The community building just across the house was usually busy with people and noise coming even in the evening or night. I complained about that and the noises stopped on my last two days. You might need earplugs if you're sensitive to noise like me.

A quiet spot in the center of Ubud A Balinese house with a perfect atmosphere, the owner very very kind and helpful .Everything very clean . Hot water and cofffee always available

The location was good, and the host was wonderful. The room was clean snd hot water and coffee were provided.
The lack of air conditioning. There is a ceiling fan in the room, but it was too hot for me to be comfortable.
