My best homestay in Indonesia.

Excellent room with air-conditioning, king size bed, bathroom with hot water shower and a nice terrace overlooking the roofs from adjacent buildings. Everything looks new and very clean. We got an excellent breakfast every morning on the balcony. The location is within walking distance to the city center. The hosts were very friendly.

Loving little home stay away from the noise and close to everything. Great place to chill

The husband and wife couple that run the place and lovely and helpfull. They provided a lovely simple breakfast with fruit and a very tasty coffee to get you up in the morning , it is lovely they serve it out on your balcony to enjoy. The room is spacious and clean and has a lovely big bed. They clean the room every day unless you ask them not to. Note however, there is no tv, kettle or a fridge. But if you are out exploring all day it’s not an issues and a good way to disconnect. Also a few shops very close to grab water as it’s also not provided. Location is fantastic and only about 10 min walk to Ubud palace. Would highly recommend this place and would stay here again when I next visit Ubud.

Cozy hotel in the heart of Ubud

Very hospitable hosts, always ready to help. Good location. It is located close to the main attractions of Ubud and restaurants, but not on the main street, which makes it quite quiet. I would say it's a perfect location. Simple but very tasty breakfast. Good price, they even accept cards. Fast and stable wifi.

A fridge and a kettle in the room would be great (kettle was provided by our request though). The bathroom was damp and smelled a bit. There was only one towel per person, I missed a hand towel.

The owner is very friendly and attentive. The room is clean. Breakfast is simple but good to start the day. The place is also very near to the Ubud Palace and Ubud Market.

The hosts are kind and welcoming, the breakfast was good, and the wifi worked well. The location is good, and the place is really quiet at night.

Ther is humidity on the walls, which can't be seen in the photos. The bathrooms could use better cleaning. Also, there is an ongoing construction work at the moment that starts at 8 AM, so plan your sleep hours accordingly, as it's difficult to sleep past 8 AM.

Had the best stay in Ubud! The room is very clean and the family is very accommodating and nice and treat us like a family! The breakfast here also is really good and very near in the Ubud Central Area. We will definitely go back here next time.

Grate homestay in Ubud

The location was amazing just right in downtown Ubud, monkey forest is near to the home stay. Also is just like 5-7 min walking to the coffee shops and restaurants.

Nice and helpful owner, a little far from Ubud main area

The owner of the hotel is very nice and helpful. He also has a relative that rent scooters and the price was fair and in line with the island standards. He arranged for us pick up and drop off to the airport at 450k IDR (we were 4 people). The air con worked properly. Breakfast is basic but nice.

The room is a little small but not a major problem. It is a little far from the main part of Ubud but not a major concern if you rent a scooter (which I highly suggest in Bali). The toilet in our room was a little smelly but closing the door of the bathroom did the trick.

Amazing price quality stay!

Breakfast was great! The host was super sweet. Felt very welcome. Would definitely stay again. Outside of the accomodation is the scooter rental and trips stand of his cousin Dodi. Dodi was super helpful! His services were great and made my trip more memorable. Would definitely recommend to rent a scooter and book a trip there!

I would like to say big thank you for the owners of this homestay, the family is so lovely and humane, they made my holidays feel amazing, they were taking care of everything what I needed. Very comfortable beds, clean, in good location, close to city centre but far enough to feel peaceful and sleep well.

Wonderful host who happily taught us Balinese phrases and greeted us with a smile every morning. comfortable rooms cleaned everyday. Beautiful garden. We recommend to attend the cakuk and fire dance, which the host and his daughter perform in.

It's a busy street to walk on, with construction and many obstacles. But quiet in the homestay itself.

Perfekte budget-friendly Übernachtung in Ubud

We stayed here for 10 days and we can highly recommend it. Such a lovely family and a nice homestay The location is a short walk from the busy main street and therefore quiet at night. There are a few good Warungs just within a 5min walk. The room is great, huge bed and super AC, the shower is hot and the pressure is perfect. The room got cleaned every day. The wifi is good and we really enjoyed the view on the 2nd floor over the rooftops. Breakfast got delivered to our veranda every morning (we chose an omelet with rice, fruits & Bali Coffee - simple, enough, and healthy so we loved it) Additional info: we could give them the laundry and get it back the same day for a good price. His Newphew organized our transport and a private tour to some rice fields and a temple as well he organized our trip with the speed boat onto Nusa Lembongan. If you have the chance buy a ticket to see the Fire Dance where the host is involved with dancing.

There was nothing really to complain about. The only thing we missed a little was a water boiler to make some coffee or tea during the day.

I liked the staff were very cheerful, welcoming and helpful, he waited for us even though we came very late that night to give us the key and show us everything in the room. also the breakfast was amazing specially the fruits.

The bed wasn't that much comfortable for me as I have issue in my back . But it was ok.

Okay for a night - great location in Ubud

You get breakfast in front of the room, large bed and spacious room and the host is smily. Helped us with our laundry for 20 rupees per kilo, they didn’t have a scale but seemed trustworthy enough to go blind in knowing how much will be charged at the end. Would suggest to get a small scale for future.

The blanket doesn’t have a cover so we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on it as it was slightly stained and yellow (guess at one point it was white). It takes a while for them to answer your digital messages so be patient

The homemade breakfast was absolutely amazing. Special thank you to the owner, who was very flexible with the breakfast time due to our daily activities. The owner and his family is super nice, we have received a warm welcome. The location of the homestay was perfect for us, since we do not drive. The center of Ubud is in walking distance. We loved staying in Omank Agus, it has a wonderful vibe and it’s the best value for money. Please support Balinese people by choosing homestays, if you can. Thank you Omank Agus!
