Great value for money
Shower head not working and there is some noise of animals at night some days. Especially rainy days

Relaxed setting. It's in a compound with other guesthouses, but quiet. Hosts keep to themselves, so good for privacy. Nice balcony and spacious room. Aircon works well, mosquito net for the bed and fridge provided. Location is adequate, though not the best; it's a busy, ugly road, but thankfully close to the rice field walks.
Would receive perfect scores if they provided a kettle and drinking water. Disappointing not being able to make own coffee or tea, and it's wasteful to buy plastic bottled water everyday. Shower pressure was also weak.

It's walking distance to shops, some incredible restaurants 2 mins away, markets, the sweet orange walk and if you walk only 10-15mins you're in an even better rice field area away from the crowds. You are living in between local families, creating a warm atmosphere with kids playing outside. Good hot shower and aircon, many pillows!

Great location, beautiful garden, spacious room, AC
Minor things like having to ask for toilet paper, no clean towels, bugs (cockroaches & ants), and the shower was clogged. Additionally, our toothbrushes were taken, and when we asked the owner, she denied taking them, but her son kindly bought us new ones. However, when we woke up in the morning our toothbrushes were left outside our room, which is strange and raises concerns about other things being taken from our room.. Felt a bit observed in general, and the owner would unexpectedly enter the room to turn the AC off (even if we left for a second), but nothing got cleaned/changed.
