Amazing home stay

Perfectly situated inside the art market near the South entrance , the room is big and exactly as shown in the pictures .Amazing view from the balcony. Working air conditioner and fan. The family was nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay overall.

The breakfast was a bit slow. A lot of narrow stairs to go up the room . The room could have been cleaner, the towels were smelly right after getting wet the strr exchanged them evertime we asked. The bathroom never dries and the door doesn't close .

A lovely stay in the heart of Ubud

We stayed on the top floor, the room was outstanding. So spacious, AC worked great and was so comfortable. Very private entrance, you are left peacefully during your stay to come and go as you please.

There was a bit of noise through the double doors as they didn’t close properly and are quite thin. Could hear dogs barking repeatedly at times until early hours. Breakfast was great, but I personally preferred the pancakes over variation of this and scrambled eggs - but I think guests asked for variation so I can’t knock this place for listening to what their guests want.

Home away from home

I always love to stay at Meranggi, already coming here for many years and it feels like home. The construction work is finished and they have an amazing new room on the second floor. Very comfortable, beautifully designed, a bath, a small sofa, fridge and away from the noise. The breakfast is lovely and they make it with care.

The entrance is a little bit difficult to find when the market is open, but once you know it is fine. I do not understand the negative reviews, maybe if you expect a 5-star resort but you are staying with a very kind, local family that opened their home for us. Some of the rooms can maybe use some maintenance, but I would recommend staying in the superior double room.

One of the friendliest hosts we had in Bali, would go back again.

There's a rooftop, where breakfast is served as well. Was very pretty. The family/staff was super friendly and attentive.

The bathroom could've been a bit prettier, or at least a light above the sink. There was a mirror, but it was quite dark and couldn't see much. The AC was also very weak.

Parking issues

Location is good. Rooms was fine. The mount batur tour and atv tour was taken through a company by their suggestion. This is by far my most amazing experience in bali.

Staff forced me to checkout at 11.00 am however checkout time was 12.00 Very conjusted walking area and located where paints are being used on daily basis for painting. This caused some paint marks on my rented scooter. Parking space too conjusted. My rented scooty got scratches and paints mark. In breakfast I ate banana pancakes and Same fruits for two continuous days. They really need to give thoughts about breakfast.

Disappointing

The room looks very nice and breakfast was delicious..

Unfortunately the wifi did not work almost at all. The bed linen and towels smelled very bad as the bathroom drain. The AC did not work properly and smelled bad too. Over all very smelly stay. Lot of fruit on the breakfast, but only one option for the meal - pancakes.

perfect place!

this was a lovely place to stay. the staff are so friendly and helpful. the location is so central and has a lot around it. the rooms were gorgeous and spacious aswell. it was such a nice stay and great value. the breakfast is so fresh and tasty and is served on the rooftop. I’d stay here again!

the only thing is the stairs to the rooms if your carrying anything but the staff helped straight away! 😃

it was a bit hard to find , very quiet, Kadek did an fantastic job of the cleaning of the rooms and his breakfast each morning on the roof top kitchen was lovely , a lovely stay I would come back here again... In a family compund , it only had 3 rooms was the were very big

Good value, comfortable big bed, beautiful breakfast.

Very kind staff, beautifully prepared breakfast, large comfortable bed and room with AC.

Would have been nice to have a mini fridge or fridge access. I found the location to be a bit too central. Right in the busy, scooter buzzing centre without a pool & garden to escape to. But heaps of restaurants around, and there are some cafes with pools like CP lounge and Tis cafe you can go to to enjoy a pool.

Everything about this place is amazing it looks exactly like the pictures and so clean inside and their breakfast is very fresh the fruits and the pancake was so tasty :) the bed was so comfortable:) the location is so central and near everything, definitely a good value for money :) it was my best stay in Ubud wish I had stayed longer in this place :)

Simple, comfortable and affordable home stay.

It is a comfortable yet affordable home stay with good value for money.The location is very central and very close to ubud market.The host Eric and his entire family are very courteous and friendly. Breakfast is limited in choice and simple eggs and fruits but good enough. Our deluxe room was clean and as shown in the picture.

Access to the home stay is from a small lane and car parking or car access not possible.The bathroom needs upgrade in terms of some basic fixtures.

Perfect

Location was perfect, right in the centre of ubud but very quiet at night. Room was a good size and very clean. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was lovely and on the stunning roof terrace. Amazing value for money.

Amazing place, right in the centre of Ubud

Large, well-appointed room, with terrace seating area. Homestay comprises four separate guest rooms above a courtyard, which is filled with paintings. Breakfast on the roof terrace above the rooms was great, as was the view over Ubud. Place is located along pedestrianised market street, right in centre of town. Staff were very friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Goede, centrale ligging. Aardige mensen.

De wc-bril was flink aan vervanging toe, erg versleten. Er zat een grote (schimmel?)vlek op de muur naast het bed.
