Good value for money and lovely staff, even if a few things could be improved.

Overall a pleasant stay. The staff were very sweet and welcoming, which really made a difference.

The bathroom could have been cleaner, and there were no vegan options at breakfast.

Location and lady at Deus shop (in front of the hotel), Made, she rented a scooter for a cheap price. that is a plus.

Everything. Room smells, breakfast, noise from school, bugs/ants everywhere, cleaning only incl. tidy up the bed and mop the floor but not changing the sheets & blankets,, nor clean the bathroom. Shower head was glued when we came and then broke. when we mentioned it, they changed it right away

It was a lovely large room with a huge bathroom and nice views from the veranda. The location is excellent, set back from the main road, so it was quiet. But a great central location

do not expect more then a bed to sleep, do not even expect a normal service

the location is in the center and walking distance

forst entered the room is so basic , but cleaning is not. towels were smelly , mirror in the toilet seemed untouched nor cleaned for over few years. so I can imagine the bed sheets cleanliness. very normal host the only reason I stay there it’s because of location. breakfast was very poor and cheap

Excellent place to stay in Ubud/Bali

very hardworking family run hotel, has an on-site restaurant with great Asian foods, breakfast included, simply but good, the room is very spacious and the hotel is very clean with garden view, 10-15 minutes walk to Monkey forest and 5 minutes walk to Ubud palace...walking distance to rice field...highly recommend

It’s really central, comfy mattress (they changed for a brand new one on my second day), air con, dressing table, clean room, comfy chair, balcony.

The bathroom had a bad smell and on the whole didn’t affect my stay that much as could keep the door closed, but wasn’t too pleasant. They did clean and clean again but I think an issue with the drain. They accommodated me for breakfast but only really had one vegan option.

La signora è stata super disponibile per le nostre esigenze. La posizione è perfetta, nel cuore di Ubud.

Il bagno discutibile e nel cortile, seppur con spazi di terreno, le blatte viste facevano trapelare la poca igiene. Con un po’ di spirito di adattamento si vive bene l’atmosfera della struttura, a mio avviso ok, meno il giudizio generale del gruppo.

Une catastrophe..

Une catastrophe……… Nous avions réservé ce logement pour une nuit, au coeur d’Ubud. C’est bien la le seul point positif, l’emplacement. Nous avons découvert la chambre, nous sommes aussitôt partis. La chambre était très très sale, les draps n’en parlons pas, tout était rempli d’humidité, la salle de bain c’était une catastrophe. Mais le pire reste l’état des draps, pas de mots… Je ne comprends pas comment cet endroit a une si bonne note sur booking, c’est assez inquiétant..
