Contraction and stinky bathroom

Perfect location, new and clean facilities, friendly stuff

Very bad smell from bathroom because of the kitchen from cafe downstairs every day from the morning till evening. Not recommend to stay now because of the constraction from early morning in front of it. Big cocoroaches but I guess it is normal for Bali

Great stay!

The accommodation is located close to the centre of Ubud and its attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with good AC. The highlight, however, is the staff, who are so welcoming and helpful!

Bliss in the nature of Ubud

My stay at Arya’s homestay was absolutely lovely. From the moment I arrived, Arya made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She’s an incredibly kind and wonderful lady - friendly, thoughtful, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The place itself was cozy, clean, and felt just like home. Arya went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable, offering great local tips for food and even checking in to see if I needed anything. If you’re looking for a peaceful, warm, and genuine homestay experience, I can’t recommend Arya’s place enough. I left feeling like I’d stayed with a friend rather than a host. Thank you, Arya, for your kindness and hospitality!

Nice stay!

The location is superb, you have everything needed closeby. Room is spacious and clean. And Ayu, the hostess, so kind and friendly, always ready to help! I would definitely come back here.

Some minor things to improve: bathroom needs two shelfs for toiletries and some hooks for the towels.

This place was clean and comfortable. The staff so attentive and friendly. The best homestay experience I have had in Ubud. Situated in the centre of Ubud ,lots of restaurants ,cafes and shops nearby. Short walk to Ubud Palace and market.

Great location. Very clean and tidy. It does not have any outside facilities but perfect for the budget. Fresh linen and comfortable bed. Overall worth every cent. Only 3 rooms run by a friendly owner.

Peaceful stay with a very friendly host

The host is very nice. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable always asking if we needed anything and even bringing us fresh fruits most afternoons. We discovered fruits this way that we wouldn’t have otherwise. Location is super central to the art market, shops, warungs, supermarkets.

Perfect felt like home

One of the best stays we had in Bali! The owners were honestly the sweetest and most genuine people we met during our whole trip. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome — always greeting us with big smiles, offering help with anything we needed, and taking the time to chat and make sure we were comfortable. You can really feel how much they care about their guests, and it made the whole experience so special. The homestay itself was peaceful, clean, It had such a calming, homey vibe that made it easy to relax and unwind. We truly felt cared for and connected to the people here — it’s not just a place to stay, it’s a place to feel at home. If you’re coming to Ubud and want something authentic, kind-hearted, and peaceful, this is the place. We honestly didn’t want to leave!

Super friendly hosts, clean and comfortable beds right in the heart of Ubud.

The host family was excellent and really helpful. The accommodation is on one of the main Ubud roads yet it was quiet and peaceful.

No eftpos machine so had to withdraw large amounts of cash to pay for our stay.

Everything here is pretty and cozy, room had an elegant minimalistic style, location is top, close to everything you need, owners are just as sweet as a couple of parents can be with a solo female traveller.

The lady was asking all the time where are we going, what are we doing and so on, it was weird. There are better options available, next time i wouldn’t stay here, but it was not bad

Perfecto

Great location and all walking distance (restaurant, ubud market, ubud centre, SPA, convenience store, etc). The room is comfy, clean and smells good. Included breakfast, wifi, towel, soap, shampoo. Pictures are same as in the reality. The price is so affdorable. Ibu is nice, so lovely, full of smile, and gave us cold mineral water as welcome drink 😍❤️😍❤️

All great so nothing to complaint about :)

バリスタイルの家に、実際に住んでおられる中、3室宿泊者に部屋を用意されてます。宿のお母さんや家族は、皆さんやさしくとてもリラックスして過ごせました。食事も周りにいくらでもあり、何も困ることはありません。お湯もきちんと出るし、是非泊まってみてください。

部屋が横並びで2部屋あるので、どうしても奥の部屋の人は手前の部屋の前を通ることになります。部屋のカーテンを閉めないと丸見えになるのが困る点でした。

Perfekte Location um von dort fast alles in Ubud zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Lage ist Top, absolut zentral aber doch ruhig im Hinterhof. Ayu ist eine wunderbare und freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, wurde täglich gereinigt und das Frühstück war ebenfalls völlig ausreichend um in den Tag zu starten.

Es gibt nur wenig Kritik, im Badezimmer würde ein Duschvorhang und ein paar Haken zum aufhängen von Handtüchern hilfreich sein.

Molto consigliato!

La camera era molto pulita, tutto funzionava alla perfezione. La famiglia che gestisce la struttura è molto presente e disponibile. Ci hanno fatto stare anche più tempo oltre l'orario di check out in attesa dell'autista per la prossima meta senza chiederci di pagare extra (perché non c'erano altri ospiti in arrivo quella mattina). Posizione centrale a Ubud molto comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni.

Le stanze hanno delle grosse vetrate che sono molto belle, ma al piano terra, c’è poca intimità quindi bisogna tenere le tende chiuse e accendere la luce... non un grosso problema comunque
