Not the properties’ fault but building works across the alley SO LOUD 7am-8pm. Also there is no car access. so dragging suitcases over dishevelled cobble tiles & stairs 200yards or so- … Didn’t like the shower or moldy room (2nd floor at the end). bit hard to find location( for help- it’s off Ubud Art Market down an alley at the end). Also google Kumera Bungalows, same space.

Nice place to stay in Ubud.

Nice place to stay for few nights in the heart of Ubud. Big room with fan and comfy beds. Nice balcony outside the room ( we stayed on the upper floor ). Breakfast included on the price ( for Vegan, fruit salad + coffee ). Nice and helpful owners.

Staying at this resort was the worst experience I had during my entire Bali trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I liked, but other than that, I didn't like anything about this resort.

Friends, there were a lot of lizards in my room. Even if you closed the door and window, the gap between the doors was so wide that there was a huge chance a mouse I saw in the garden could get in, so I was terrified. During my stay, a family was staying next door and they were constantly talking, and because the building was old, the insulation was so poor, I could only sleep when they stopped. The bathroom was filthy, and the sheets and bedding were so old, I didn't want to cover myself with any of them. There was construction right in front of the facility, and because construction started so early in the morning, I couldn't sleep at all. There's a market where the facility is located during the day, but when the market is closed at night, the street feels deserted, so I was afraid to go there at night. I didn't even consider the breakfast service because it didn't seem like a hygienic place to eat.

The family holding the house is really kind and open. I enjoyed the fact of having my own space, with my own bathroom 👌 the breakfast are really good, with fresh fruits, pancakes, eggs 😻 This place is in the center near Ubud palace and lots of restaurants/activities around.

Location.

False advertising of what the place is and provides. It was a small room, not a bungalow. And sandwiched between other rooms. No privacy. From my door, I could see inside five other rooms whenever someone opened their door, if they opened their curtain for light, you could absolutely see everything inside. They claim to provide a desk in the rooms. There was no desk. When I enquired about the laundry service they claim to offer, they rudely said they didn't.

The breakfast was amazing! The location was perfect since it had everything you could want outside your doorstep and the value for the money was worth it! We stayed for an extra 2 nights.

The fan didn't really give much breeze. Most nights we had to relax outside the room because the room was just too hot and stuffy to stay in. We couldn't really open the windows or the door because then the mosquitos would come mean so the heat wasn't ideal. Would have been nice to get an AC that gave proper cool air.

Big room with comfortable bed. Nice and friendly staff. The breakfast was really good! The rooms upstairs are nicer than the bottom floor rooms. The location is very good right at the city center but at the same time it's a quiet area. We definitely recommend this place!

We extended our stay and spent the last night in a different room on the bottom and it was very different from the previous one. It's older, smells like molding...

Lovely and very quiet place.

Owners, a family were so kind and amazing. I got sick and end up staying over a week which wasn't a problem even though my room was booked for someone else. They worked it out placing new guests in the other rooms. Breakfast was basic, but still very good. Great location, almost at the market but very quiet and chilled. Close to cheap local places to eat or drink coffee.

There was no hot water time to time but lovely owners got this resolved.
