Excellent value for money.
The location is central, but since it's in the middle of the fair, you need to pay attention when arriving for the first time.
The bed is good. The shower too.
The noise from the construction next neibor, the children, or the other guests can be a bit bothersome in the morning or afternoon. It's quiet at night.
The internet can be unreliable; one day it rained and the Wi-Fi and 4G signal went down, so I had to cancel meetings.
There could be a small renovation on the bathroom floor and wall room.
