Ayu Homestay

Great place to stay in centre of Ubud. Quiet for sleeping and pandan banana pancakes and fresh fruit for breakfast included were yum. Bed comfortable no fridge however, we were happy staying there. We had too much luggage as this was our second week after a week in Seminyak. Room small but comfortable aircon. We purchased a mosquito plug in to ensure we were not affected by mozzies. It worked. As we were 77 and 73 it was a rocky journey dragging our suitcases in the small market road and down a hill before you get to the homestay. Taxi best to leave you at terminal restaurant. So they do not get stuck with their car. Great location for summer palace and for getting local Ubud drivers to take you out for the day. We loved our stay. Lovely sitting out on our little balcony drinking Balinese coffee.

Ayu home place is a nice place to stay in the centre of Ubud and you may combine many activities. Moreover, host was helpful and willing to organise any activities easily, with very kind associates. Thank you Rista :)

We enjoyed the location! Our room was very clean and the hostess was absolutely wonderful! Unfortunately, the WiFi was unreliable which was very important for my daughter’s classes.

WiFi was not working well and the ants were all over the bathroom. The stairs and accessibility are challenging so travel light. The staff was awesome and helped us with our luggages.
