Absolutely amazing and relaxing

Staff are so welcoming and accomodating! The most comfortable bed! Clean and tidy rooms & garden. Peaceful and quiet yet so close to main bisma walkway and restaurants.

A short stay in Ubud, close to town.

We stayed in Ubud for two nights. The hotel was lovely and had the basics. The pool was clean and sun beds available along side the pool. Our room had a balcony which was big and had a big table and bench on top lounge on. The perfect little place to stop by for a few nights. Easy walk into town and staff weee friendly.

No hair dryer in my room.

Good value for money

Spacious for our group of 7. Rented entire villa - 6 bedrooms. There are 2 x 2 story buildings with each building housing 1 room on ground and 1 upstairs. These 2 buildings face 2 seperate buildings that house 1 room each. For the price this is very reasonable. Points to note - it is not luxury so dont expect this. It is clean in the rooms and each have their own mini kitchenette next to bathroom where mini fridge is and kitchen bench, coffee & tea + kettle. Four poster bed in each room..comfy bed and sheets were clean. Air con was nice to have. Great pool size for our group. Housekeeper lives onsite but not noticeable. Friendly service. Jalan Bisma has many restaurants and minimarts, we were only here for 1 night but managed to get a massage, minimart supplies and a good meal all within 100metres of villa. It is also a 10-15 min leisurely walk to Ubud centre/palace.

Bathrooms are very dark and shower over tub was a bit much for me to climb up in to. - car cannot access property - its roughly 50 metres to walk from main road ( Jalan Bisma). We were aware of this and were only staying 1 night so we only packed an overnight bag for easy check in. Even with suitcases i dont see a big problem as the path is nice and smooth Jalan Bisma is a busy road so be prepared to dart around traffic on your walk.

I can’t recommend a place more. it was the perfect combination of eveything

everything - all the place is yours - well organized - someone stays at the Villa 24/7 for security and help whenever needed - nice daily breakfast - location is perfect - a lovely swimming pool

There was aircon but the windows didn't close so useless. Really bright outside. I walked straight back out and didn't stay. They kindly waived the no show fee.

Queen Bisma- perfect for all groups

Service was impeccable. It was perfect for what we required. Rooms were spacious. Location was great. It was quiet but still close to everything. We arrived about three hours later than expected and they were more than helpful. We will be coming back to Bali and staying here again.

Nothing really. Baths over showers were a bit of a pain as I travelled with some older people but besides that there were no issues.

The location was great close to everything but tucked away from all the noise. The rooms were great, perfect for a small group. They were big and very clean. The host was very responsive to any queries.

The AC was not powerful enough. It took a really long time to cool the room at night. During the day its pretty useless. I think all hotels across Bali need to install a portable pedastal fan or a ceiling fan. It will really help with the heat. It is very difficult to sit outside the room without a fan..

Exceptional

book last minute in this place and it was amazing. The location is so perfect. 10 min walk to Ubud center, ad even there are so many restaurant, cafe, shops along Bisma street. Its only a small villa with 6 bedrooms in total. I was book 1 room with terrace and it was spacious. The bed was comfy, with ensuite bathroom and spacious terrace. The staff said usually most of the booking are the groups, so they book the whole villa (6 bedrooms) and that make sense. Lucky me that no body book other rooms so it felt like private villa when i stay there.

nice big private vill in heart of ubud

super nice private villa in a superb location. The villa was big enough with 6 rooms in total. The pool also was great. The location is the great point. Located in bisma street, you never get streesed looking for resto, spa, warung or shops, it was so many along the street. Its also so close both to ubud center or monkey forest, just 10 min walk. I would love come back with the whole family if visit ubud again Thank you

Nice accommodation in central location of Ubud

super nice accommodation in central location in Ubud. Its tucked away from the main road so feel quiet in the villa. The room is quite big, complete with a terrace. The pool also big enough. The staff so kind and helpful. Its only 6 rooms in total and it can rented separately per room or the whole villa (6 bedroom). I think this property is great if we come with big group of 12 people, so we can have own villa withour other guest. The neighborhood around bisma street also super nice. Many restaurants, cafes, coffee shops around within walking distance from the villa.

Amazing staff very kind The property is in excellent location, in the heart of ubud. You can walk everywhere from there. Very good breakfast. You can have it at the room. Pool is gorgeous after hot sunny day explore ubud will definitely back

Stay somewhere else

Semi traditional accomodation

Both my children got chemical burn on there toes from the chlorine granules used to clean pool. Mouldy curtains, mouldy mosquitos net, towels changed daily - however smelt like wet dog. Uncomfortable setting. Hard cracked plastic pool lounges. No privacy. Loud live music every night until midnight from restaurant (not attached to hotel). Pillows old and uncomfortable. Kmart style sheets. Loud gurgling noise from toilet when unit above flushed their toilet. Glass sliding doors hard to open and close, lock and unlock. There is so much better accommodation for the same price. This hotel is overpriced for what it offers. We left 2 days early because I no longer could deal with all the above

1- Le logement est vraiment bien placé. Il y a des restaurants et petits commerces aux alentours et c’est à quelques minutes à pied de l’artère principale, ce qui est un grand plus car la circulation est interminable à Ubud. 2- La literie était propre et les lits très confortables. 3- Des petites bouteilles d’eau sont offertes chaque jour. 4- La piscine est grande et propre 5- Personnel très gentil

Je savais que l’hygiène de la salle de bain n’était pas leur fort à Bali. Je n’étais donc pas surprise de voir une douche pas propre. Il y a un effort à faire à ce sujet ; peut être en commençant par changer le pommeau de douche.

Przykro mi, ale śniadań nie było, pomimo ze w ofercie mały być przygotowywane przez balijska rodzine. Pomimo, ze apartament był bardzo ładny i była ładna kuchnia, to nie było w kuchni ani talerza, ani noża - właściwie nic nie było. Żadnej kuchenki - nic. Przy dłuższym pobycie brak całkowitego wyposażenia to jest duzy problem.

Miał być bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielami domu, a my ich nawet nie poznaliśmy.

Super okolica, dojście stromawe, z 100m od bardzo fajnej uliczki z tanimi knajpkami, z 1km do centrum baardzo ładnego, basen fajny, bardzo kameralnie, jest kilka innych apartamentów

Słabo szczelne wszystko, klima glosna, super jednak klimat na zewnątrz, dziko, zielono, basenik do póżna
