Location was good close to the market, Staff was good, Rooms was not cleaned properly found cob webs, homey comb, no food items available in their restaurant have to order or go in another restaurant for lunch or dinner. Overall stay and facilities provided was good

As of August 2025. This place is 3/10 star. I could have given 6to7 star max. But because of they downgrade my room without being HONEST. (THEIR REASON BECAUSE THEY GIVEN OUT MY ROOM ACCORDING TO BOOKING) Book for 2 nights. Had my 1st night room the WORST of my life in BALI. MOULDY room, very STUFFY smell, for those sensitive to air and breathe in issues PLEASE I BEG U LOOK FOR OTHERS FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR HEALTH. I can't even use their toilet for hygiene purpose. And I don't shower on my 1st night. My 2nd night improve from 20% to 50% happiness. However still the toilet broke down but they resolve it in 30mins ++. This time the room are not mouldy. Actually I'm quite happy in my 2nd room and upgraded room according to my booking which I supposed to get on my 1st and 2nd night stay. The home are quite AGED AND OLD. Property looks tired and needs to be cleaning and refurbished. HONESTY IS AND ISSUES ABOUT THIS HOTEL. Purposely left something in the refrigerator. And I left 1 jacket in the room. And I purposely left my 2nd jacket at the lobby before talking off to the airport. They have no initiative to remind me so . CONCLUSION. If paying about 10 to 15usd. It's worth a try for 1 night. PS: This location needs a scooter to access as it's very far to UBUD MARKET STREET.
