Nice room, friendly staff and perfect central location. Good AC, wifi and shower

Unfortunately the suite with the terrace is about 1m away from the reception, so did not feel very private. Very thin curtains so awake around 6am due to the sun. The family lives in a house next door and their communal area is right outside your window. I recommend staying here but choose a different room, as everything else was good.

- The room smelled like damp from the bedsheets during the four days I stayed there. Not even opening the windows, the door and turning the A/C helped to get rid of the smell. - No shampoo or shower gel provided. - No TV. - No bedside table lamps in the room, which means you have to get up to turn off the lights when you want to sleep. - No cleaning was made during the four days I stayed there. - Noisy neighbours and kids playing since early in the morning, plus a rooster that wouldn’t shut up lol. - Very high pillows that hurt your neck. I’ve slept without any pillows. I know it’s basic accommodation but I’ve been travelling around Bali and this was the only place I wouldn’t recommend at all.

I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Ubud.

The hosts were lovely and accommodating. The location was also excellent. I also had laundry done a few times during my stay and the service was good.

The room wasn’t super clean but that’s alright. Also, the location doesn’t allow cars to come through because it’s in a market street. It is central though and scooters can get there just fine.

Great value for money and a cozy stay in the heart of Ubud

I checked in late at night, and the staff was very helpful—check-in was quick and smooth. The room was comfortable, the toilet was clean, and they provided hot water. Even without AC, the room was fine. Plus, the location is right in the center of Ubud, which is super convenient.

To expensive for what you get.

The greeting on arrival was great and I was very welcomed.

The sheets had stains on them. Giant Ants crawling all over the floor. Pillows smelt. Hairs on the bed. Shower randomly came on at 4am but didn’t work the previous night.

Very friendly and welcoming owner. Did 2 private tours with Wayan. Clean and quiet room with nice terrace in the center of Ubud. Comfortable bed. Very good wifi. Delicious pancakes. Free coffee and tea. Recommended!

Great home stay, amazing rooms and breakfast and really helpful host!

The rooms were very well maintained and had everything you needed. The staff our amazing! We were greeted with a cold welcome drink after our long day of travelling which was very thoughtful! Breakfast is great, a wide variety of choices and the portions are good sizes. The location is ideal for exploring Ubud and close by is everything you need. The host family can organise airport transfer, mt batur hike, ATV tours and cycling tours etc, which I didn’t know so I booked the hike before I came but definitely wait to book here. Some of the reviews mention a slight damp smell which we didn’t notice.

hot water was gewd, ac is very cold nice, bed comfortable and welcome fruit was delicious, they give you free bar soap

smelly towel, instead of tea n coffee, water just enough.. run out of water to drink at night then dont have any refill

Everything was as advertised! Wayan was very nice and accomodating the whole time I was there. She even gave me scooter lifts to beat the trafic . The room was nice and comfy. Breakfast was simple and tasty. Location is perfect : down a small and calm alley, a minute away from the busy main street.

The location is perfect just at the end of the art market. Friendly and helpful staff. We had fresh fruits as the vegan breakfast. We started with just the fan but needed the AC - the rooms have both so just pay for the remote.

Large room with a nice porch in central Ubud. 2-3 minutes walk from the main area with all the restaurants and shops. The house is at the back of an alley so it's very quiet. Breakfast was included with my room and they have several options to choose from. Wayan and her family are very friendly and eager to help if needed.

For the price there is nothing to complain about.

Very good

Family owned guest house. The facilities are really basic but you couldn't ask for more for the price. The room is clean and simple with hot water and anything you might need. The most important part is that the hosts are super nice and friendly, they gave us a welcoming fruits snack and tea and coffee were always available. There is even the breakfast included. They helped us with everything and even rented us a motorbike because the shops in the area were sold out. Recommended if you're in a budget in ubud. The people are super welcoming and generous, they will not scam you. Recommended. Terima kasih!

Keep in mind that the room is in front of a garden, with tropical plants. So some ants or bugs can come in your room. (doesn't mean is dirty). For us is no problem but I know for some people could be. Also can get a bit humid.
