The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean, and the room also had a nice veranda. The bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast was included, which was very convenient, and there was also a laundry service available. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and an early check-in was possible, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent as well – Ubud city center is within walking distance. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
It was quite noisy during the day due to a lot of construction work nearby, and one evening some guests were also quite loud. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The room did not have any natural daylight, and there was no filtered drinking water available at the property.

Nice room, friendly staff and perfect central location. Good AC, wifi and shower
Unfortunately the suite with the terrace is about 1m away from the reception, so did not feel very private. Very thin curtains so awake around 6am due to the sun. The family lives in a house next door and their communal area is right outside your window. I recommend staying here but choose a different room, as everything else was good.

It was a good stay, way to the room is bit narrow and taxi will not get there, if you are fine carrying luggage for 400 metres then it’s fine, location is good, room was big and clean aa shown in the pictures, host were good too, will recommend it to travellers only.
