Room was clean, the desk staff also other staff are helpful.
The desk staff kept my luggage securely for almost 12 hours after my checkout.
They charge extra £20 for check-in early although the room is vacant and available. And also there’s no but after 10:15 pm to centre.

I had a one-night stay at this hotel, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The welcome was especially nice—Priya and Donna at the front desk were friendly and made check-in smooth and welcoming, which set a great first impression.
The location is a real highlight. It’s very quiet, calm, and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay, even if just for a night. The staff in general were polite and helpful throughout my stay.
The hotel itself feels a bit dated and could use some updates. Toilet's bath tap wasn’t working properly and was leaking, which was a bit inconvenient. Another important issue that management should seriously consider is the lack of rubbish bins outside the hotel or in the car park. There should be at least one bin available for guests to dispose of rubbish before leaving—this would make things much more convenient and keep the area cleaner.

Very helpful staff and really nice to deal with for check in and check out. Loads of car parking spaces available, short taxi trip into Cardiff city centre. Quiet hotel and good value for money
