Really good value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Quiet location but within walking distance of city centre. Parking was a bit of a pain, not always spaces - but they refund you if you are unable to park. Overall, nice experience - would stay again if I went to Cardiff Bay.

Hotel was lovely, staff very friendly and welcoming. Evening meal tasty, breakfast good quality and plentiful. Ideal location to city centre. parking available. waterfront room provided a lovely view. Would recommend.
