nice place in an excellent location but overly pricey

nice place, excellent pool. it was good to have a kitchen and air con. Main bedroom was roomy. Great little covered deck. We liked the location so close to town, although with all the rain we didn't walk much. Nice big bathroom, nice smelling body wash etc

Although we enjoyed our stay it was really expensive per night - over $500. It's over the top and I don't know how they justify the cost as it's not luxury accommodation. Teabags were not replenished (this is common in a lot of places - something always forgotten). They got the hedge trimmer out first thing Sunday morning (around 7:30am) and were shaping the bushes while we were recovering from daughter's wedding the night before. I asked them to stop and they did for a bit but then started again. I would think better to do it on a week day in the middle of the day

Our trip up North

the place is central and close to everything. swimming pool and the rooms are nice. We stayed here so we could go up the Island to the cape and around that aera. Was awesome to see more of our beautiful country. Next door is a bar with good meals. Totally enjoyed everything up there

A good central place to stay in Kerikeri

Comfortable room, handy to the main centre and food next door at the Homestead Sports Bar. Everything in the room was very clean. All pay per view channels are there, with your own privately paid sign in.

I didn't like the fact I was asked to provide 'Digital ID' for a late check in and therefore shortened our trip to arrive before 6pm when the office closed. Still asked for digital Id (a driver's license) as they had had a theft from a past guest. This is not mentioned in their policies and not prior to booking, that this is a requirement of the booking process for this accommodation provider.

Much better than expected I usually stay away from motels due to hygiene standards I booked this last minute and the room was beautiful the beds were clean! Would definitely stay again! My kids loved the pool staff were nice and easy to deal with

Nothing I didn’t like I would recommend giving more towels we only had 3 changed our booking to 4 people prior to check in via reception when asked for extra towels he said 3 should be enough 😅 using the pool and showering should have a towel for each or even keep pool towels next to the pool.

There was an outside light which during the night bothered us as the curtains weren't heavy enough to block out the light. However, it wasn't really a big deal. The unit was a little on the small side for the 2 of us but for 1 or 2 nights it wasn't a big problem.

I did not like it. It smelt through out the establishment a stench of old onions just yuck. Grubby cook ware and dishes. Cramped and small for the price, No room service even tho requested. Freezing room. Noisey outside. Broken screen latches. No value for the money to stay. The price was the cost of a room at the Cordis hotel.

Would still stay again but would be cautious about believing what is been said as to getting into room early and spa.

We have stayed here many times and always been impressed, always clean, tidy, comfortable and staff Helpful and friendly.

This time we were disappointed, the room was perfect however after been told we could get into our room early we couldn’t but no matter, the main disappointment was when we inquired about the spa we were told it was fine, upon arriving back from dinner and looking forward to a relaxing spa after long hours of travelling the spa was only Luke warm so we didn’t end up having 1.

We like the motel from when we stayed in it the time before . It's clean and bed ok. We like staying there but last time was much better than this time. We will probably stay there again if we could ring for help when booking. The location was fantastic within walking distance of town

A bigger room, access tv channels could be better, bigger bed, last time we had a little kitchen this time we didn't, when walked up to car at night we ended up tripping over things cos there wasn't much light, when booking for a room it would be good if we could ring to get right room rather than do it online. Talking on phone would be better than emailing.
