Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa - Cheshire

Excellent value for money, amazing architecture, excellent food, great location with easy parking for someone with a car

The driveway in had a few gnarly potholes

The property itself is spectacular, the bar had a lovely relaxed feel and great cocktails, the room were spacious and clean and the bed very comfy.

The staff in the restaurant did the bare minimum and were in no rush at all to take your order or bring your food too you when it was ready. The pool said all ages welcome online but when we got there we found there was only certain times of the day you could take children in.

This is a stunning building, it felt like a privilege to stay here, especially as we were offered a very good rate to upgrade to a room in the hall. Everything was clean, comfortable with nice amenities. We had a pleasant meal in the brasserie

The Brasserie and bar are very modern and rather out of keeping with the Hall. We felt that we could have been in any city hotel with no real atmosphere

Great Location. Clean rooms with tea making facilities.

Sunday morning breakfast was a shambles. No orange juice, apple juice, coffee machine had run out of milk and a lot of other items eg marmalade and jam had simply run out. The staff did replenish on request but for these basic breakfast items I don’t think that you should have to ask. Also on going up to a member of staff to ask for some items to be refilled, I overheard them saying to a colleague.. “well what do you expect if you come for breakfast at peak time”
