    I feel like this hotel is trying to be too many things to too many people. Effort is channeled into the co-working space, the cafe and the bar, when it ought to be channeled into the basics, such as fixing the elevator, providing the bare minimum required to cook in the apartment (we had no knives, one dishwasher tablet and one washing machine pod for our 3 night stay) and ensuring the bathroom is mould free. Shower/bath egress feels unsafe as with the glass screen in place, the opening is narrow and on the bath’s slope. With the elevator out of action we did have a lovely staff member assist us up to the third floor with our cases, however no one was available to help us back down on check-out.
