Excellent stay!

The location. A five minute walk from the restaurant which we had booked, plus lots of shops and other good places to eat. The decor throughout the hotel and our room Lifts to all floors, super efficient air con. All of the staff were welcoming and efficient. The laid back vibe throughout the hotel. Comfortable huge bed, powerful hot shower. Very quiet. Very good night's sleep. The breakfast choice and quality is excellent. Very clean Really good value for money and we would definitely stay here again.

Would prefer to have a kettle/ tea etc in the room rather than getting our morning drinks from the drinks 'station' and carrying 2 mugs of hot tea back to our room. A fridge/ bottles of water is always good, however, there was a fridge at the drinks station that we used, and a Sainsbury's local across the road to purchase water, snacks, drinks. Despite intervention from staff and being supplied with a new remote control, we could not get the TV to work, (constantly saying 'no signal' ). Trying to ' cast' was unsuccessful too. We were given a late checkout due to the TV issues, which was good as we were meeting family for lunch, and had drinks at the hotel. The bar does not open until 12.00 (Monday). Would have liked the option of a breakfast Bloody Mary!

Very good, very good location and staff

I really loved how central it was, took us ten minutes to walk to the pedestrianised shopping area. We also loved the tea making facilities on each floor! A very nice touch and a lovely way to end a long day. The staff was also very lovely, one man in particular was very kind and accommodating, unfortunately I cannot remember his name but I know he is studying in college at the moment.

I didn’t necessarily not like anything about the property although we did find the bed a little bit hard but it wasn’t too bad.

Ok but chaos at reception

The room was very clean, nice layout and quite modern.

The check in was absolute chaos. You check in yourself however it failed to give us room number so still had to go to the desk to check in. We stored bags in room as we got there early, they were not safe, when we arrived back we were told to go into the room and just take our bags. Anyone could have taken our bags. I probably wouldn't stay again due to how chaotic it was. shame as great location and nice room.

Not the greatest place for long periods

The location

Staff attitude at breakfast. If you’re going to have breakfast at 10 am ( closing at 10:30 ) staff is acting like they are closing in 2 minutes. Not much food left 30 minutes before closing, and if you’re asking for something that is missing you are asked if you want anything else because you’re not able to ask after it . I really don’t understand why so much rush , anyway they still work for the rest of the day . As well i stayed in room 430 and you can hear every flush from the building and lots of noise . I gave room number maybe this happens in certain rooms. AC was not heating properly, you have to keep it really high temperature to feel it’s functioning

Good location but very expensive - more like a motel or airport sleeping pod.

Tiny, tiny, tiny room. The piping for the bathrooms runs in the ceiling - they are visible. This may be a design choice but it's made a lot worse when you're woken up your neighbours flushing. The coffee machines are communal across the floor and the cleanliness of the cups was questionable.

Great value for money, will definitely stay again.

Location is perfect to access shopping, bars and restaurants. Check in is easy on tablets. Hotel staff are there in case you need anything. WiFi is very fast. They have an uber station in the hotel to help book transport.

There is a tea/coffee station on the floor of the hotel which is great, but i think it would be better to have it in your room if you didnt want to venture too far first thing in the morning. Thats my only critic if i HAD to mention one.

Cool stay in Manchester

Really cool design, nice bar area and a great central location for Manchester.

We had an issue with the car park code not working but reception sorted us out so that we weren’t out of pocket.

My stay was fantastic after good customer service and location very handy - central.
