Clean room. Staff at front house was great as was room service. The girl who checked me in was fabulous and helped me with some passport photos and allowed me to use hotel pc which I needed. Thank you to you!!! Breakfast was great with made to cook dishes. Breakfast was handled welll too. The room itself was very spacious with great beds and great lighting everywhere !!!! I would stay again!!!

Room was nice,very big with plenty of room. Sofa included. Would have prefferred a desk. Tv wasnt working properly and was very difficult to get channels working. Parking wasnt included in the price and was over £30 extra. For the price of the rooms the parking should be included.

This was my second stay. The first was great, this one was amazing. From the call from reception to make sure they were ready for my arrival to the personal goodbye when I came to get my car, they just make a stay special. Clare is a superstar along with all the staff. Best place to stay in Manchester.

TV wasn't working first night. Hole in pillow case. Milk not replenished next day for coffee. So I had to keep calling got these matters. Not 5* service

Dirty duvet, stickers left stuck on furniture in room from previous guest, no bin liners, bed was ripped, breakfast was awful, sausages and bacon dry eggs so watery it was like soup, hashbrowns not cooked. Customer service was awful couldn’t care less when I find them about these issues

The hotel was good . The only thing that let it down was the noise from an event in the hotel that played loud music until 1am that could be heard in our room meaning our nights sleep was disrupted. They did offer us free parking as an apology but maybe we should have been made aware before arrival so we could have chosen alternative accommodation

Clean room, great staff, all the amenities you’d need. The spa is below par and quite frankly a rip off for the service provided, better off staying and going to a local massage parlour instead.
