This place is in a great location, just a short walk to Deansgate station, and close to Aviva studios where we had a show to see. Lovely pub, very nicely decorated and the food was really good. Nice little suprise was that we also got 20% off food as a staying guest. Staff were great and couldn't do enough for you, extremely friendly and helpful. Beds were super comfy and I slept really well. Had a really good stay
No negatives to report, could possibly do with a lamp on the desk just to be able to see in the mirror a bit better, but otherwise great.

Wonderful place with lovely staff and great food. Be aware the rooms are over a pub so can be noisy but as soon as last orders is done it’s very quiet. I had a fabulous nights sleep.

Nothing! The pub is open til 11 pm so you will hear music late but I’m a night owl so didn’t bother me

The location was excellent for the Opera house.
Even though the room was above the pub the noise from the pub seemed to be very loud. The floor boards squeaked / clattered in our room and the room above. ( when anyone got back you could hear the floorboards creaking ). I had to tune the tv so we could get channels, the WiFi didn’t seem to work on the TV. When the cleaners arrived at 6.30am ish and put music on whilst cleaning it was very loud until they turned the amp off.
