What a great conveniently located hotel. Situated very close to the AO Arena, Manchester cathedral and all the shops. Our room was huge, very clean, great facilities, staff amazing especially Kalliegh who made our stay very enjoyable, she’s was cheery very welcoming and informative.

Hotel is a 10 minute walk from Manchester Victoria station. For location and convenience, it's our go-to hotel when we need to stay in Manchester. The staff are great and the rooms are always clean and well appointed. The member of staff who checked us in recognised us from previous stays and even gave us some extra stamps towards their loyalty program. The pub itself is also excellent and perfect for a nightcap.
The Full English breakfast was only ok, but that's just personal preference. Plus, it's included in the room fee, so maybe I'm just being picky.

Hotel was lovely and clean, beautiful room & decor it had smart tv and lovely en suite. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
Location is on a busy main road so expect some traffic noise but wasn’t too bad considering where it was.
