Comfy beds, overall nice vibe and location convenient.
Mattress was stained as the cover kept coming off, some dust/crumbs found on the floor when first entered the room, certain staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there.

This is my second work stay here. It is perfect for a short stay. It's in a good location, close to the Cathedral and I like the short walk to the Manchester office as it's just a short distance from the main work and shopping areas, It's friendly, clean and the rooms are perfect. I can't say anything about facilities as I haven't used them, but breakfast is fine on the mezzanine terrace.
I have no complaints at all. It was perfect for work.

I paid for rose petals i didn’t get them! When i asked the boy on the reception was very lovely he promised me to do something for us like a bottle of Prosecco so we never didn’t get and they had a excuse with our sign on the door when i already told them we are going out for dinner at 6pm !!! So our romantic night was not that what we expected!!
Shower glass was not safety at all!!!
