Would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Really clean and staff members were helpful

Loved how cozy the room was and how clean it was. The receptionist was really helpful, they were happy to help whenever. Loved the different sachet of tea and coffee. The price and location were perfect and the workers at the restaurant were really sweet. I would be returning soon as I had a great time.

Room service, wish the beds were made after coming back from a day out. They only took the towels from the floor and the rubbish.

great hotel with some downfalls

the staff were lovely and really helpful! hotel was pristine cleaned and nice & quiet. the shower was really nice with rainfall shower and normal one too.

the standard room has a single bed as well as a double which is a little odd, it made the room quite tight too. there was a window but you couldn’t open it and the aircon was automatically controlled so it could get a lil stuffy sometimes

Brilliant

Brilliant location and wonderful breakfast, especially the sausages. My plates were promptly cleared by attentive staff. The room was very tidy and well presented. Lovely hot shower.

The "city tax". Not sure why we have to pay it but pretty sure I paid it twice during online check in. Don't we pay enough tax already?

Not good service at all!!!

I paid for rose petals i didn’t get them! When i asked the boy on the reception was very lovely he promised me to do something for us like a bottle of Prosecco so we never didn’t get and they had a excuse with our sign on the door when i already told them we are going out for dinner at 6pm !!! So our romantic night was not that what we expected!!

Shower glass was not safety at all!!!

Lovely stay in Manchester

We have used the Maldron here a few times now. Staff are always pleasant, rooms clean. Very convenient and good price 👍

For the 1st time we had to sort car parking, which altho a discount given it is quite expensive

It was my first time in Manchester and I’m so glad I chose this particular Maldron hotel. A tram ride from the airport, and 5 minutes walk then you’re outside the hotel, in a more quiet area of the city. 2 minutes walk to all your shops and needs, exceptional standard in the room, great roomservice, friendly and respectful staff and easy check-in and check-out procedures. Loved this hotel, will definitely be back. <3

The breakfast was abundant - lot's of different things - although ingredients were not of the highest quality. Location was a bit far from the center but generally quite good.

Fresher breakfast ingredients - especially vegetables and bread. Otherwise all good.

Staff were so friendly, each and every one of them, so courteous and professional too. Room ,although small for three people, was spotless and beds were comfy. Air conditioning is great as you can't open widows. Location is amazing. 5 mins from AO Arena, Victoria train station, bars, supermarket, Arndale Centre/Market St shops! Just Perfect & rilliant value.

The only thing was...and it's just a tiny thing...was having just one towel each! One big towel is not enough we need the small ones too! They were brought up Immediately on request but they should be already in room. This isn't a slight on staff but some management decision no doubt!

Great stay, we will return

We had an excellent stay at The Maldron last Friday night. We were greeted at reception by a friendly, helpful gentleman . Our room was exactly as we expected, spotlessly clean and an extremely nice, spacious en-suite with toiletries. We asked for a quiet room and were very satisfied, no noise disturbances at all. We pre ordered breakfast and it was great quality and value for money .The staff on duty were very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely be returning.

Excellent. I asked for a fried egg and it was superbly cooked with a little seasoning, running yolk and properly cooked white. Might be the best fried egg I've ever had!
