Love these hotels, second time we’ve used Maldron in two months, one in Liverpool and this one in Manchester. Great modern hotels and breakfast was excellent this morning too

Great place to stay for a city break. Location was near everything, and had easy access to transport. Staff were also really friendly too. I didn’t catch the names of the two women who checked us in and out, but they were great. Room was clean and very nice, plenty of room, will stay here again if return to Manchester.

We are from Norway and have visit Manchester many times the last 25 years (City fans) but this is the first time we stayed at Maldron, and we are very satisfied and we will for sure stay here many times. Very nice hotel, clean and fine rooms with good space also. See you soon again

Second stay, the rooms are clean, well ventilated and quiet. Easy to locate and close to Deansgate. Staff very helpful and happy to store bags before/after stay. Will be staying again.

There was no hot water in the bathroom sink which was reported but was not fixed also the sink was blocked and didn’t drain. No action was taken and no alternative was iffeted

Booked 2 rooms adjacent. Couldn’t fault the room and hotel for cleanliness, location and convenience. Negative was that both rooms in my booking were uncomfortably warm for us. Room thermostat didn’t seem to have cooling fun

Modern property. Breakfast options were great. West check-in and checkout with option to leave the luggage. Comfortable bed and spacious shower. Bonus was water dispenser at the reception and the water bottles in the room.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly helpful — they went out of their way to give us directions and provide useful information throughout our visit. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the AO Arena. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection, and the whole hotel had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely stay again!
