Handy for city but very little comfort

Very good location for city centre, comfortable bed, excellent heating

Property was booked for two guests, however only set out for one - contacted the owner but no response was received. Other issues noted; - one towel was provided, despite 'towels' showing on booking page - only 1 plate, bowl, cup and glass provided - despite crockery, there was no cutlery - we had kettle but no tea/coffee - ironing board, but no iron - the shower was slow to drain meaning it leaked over floor - no refrigerator despite being listed - Wifi password provided sometime during our second day in form of handwritten note stuck to our door Only suitable if you are heading out all day and just need a bed. And I mean all day 9am-10pm.

Terrible.

No redeeming feature.

The room allocated was not the room pictured in the listing. I had to make several attempts at contacting the host to get check in details to access the house and building. I tried contacting them in the days leading up to the check in date and these were ignored. Only on the day after the check in time had come did I get a response from someone. The communal kitchen area was utterly filthy, with a sink full of dishes. The fridge was filthy. There was no clean kitchenware provided for guest use. The listing states a tea/coffee maker is available. This is not true. There was a kettle, but again, no cup, mug, coffee pot, tea pot, or anything of the sort available. It is clear that all other residents in the house are long-term renters and have their own equipment. The listing states that WIFI is available. This is not true. There were no instructions provided on how to access the WIFI, and attempts at asking the host how to access the WIFI were ignored. They were very quick to remind me of my checkout date however, so they are capable of communication. There was mould in the grouting in the bathroom. There were loose screws lying in the wardrobe. Someone came in the front door and then tried to enter our room in the night. Luckily the door was locked. I am sure there were more issues I am forgetting. Please stay somewhere else.

La stanza è situata in un quartiere molto tranquillo. Per me che amo camminare è risultata molto vicino sia al centro città che a Heaton Park, dove dovevo recarmi per un concerto.

Ci sono delle cose da migliorare: Per 4 giorni e 3 notti non può bastare un solo e unico asciugamani (da usare per ogni parte del corpo) Non c’è il phon per asciugare i capelli Le risposte alle domande che ho posto prima del viaggio sono state molto lente e ho dovuto sollecitarle più volte, così come ho dovuto elemosinare le indicazioni per entrare nella stanza La cosa più grave è che la prima mattina quando mi sono svegliata, a terra sulla moquette ho trovato due lumaconi striscianti
