    House keeping department was not up to the mark. Had to remind them constantly to get room cleaned. Toilet needs maintanance. Although the front office team was exceptionally good and polite.

    The staff were friendly but could not issue a receipt when I checked out, 4 days later and still no receipt. Worse the drains backed up and my bathroom and room smelled like a sewer. I had to go up the road and buy some glade, when asked how my room was I explained and no notice was taken just a promise it would be added to a snagging list. It was disgusting. The room was tidy and the overall decor very good, no options for food in the evening and although I paid for breakfast I could not get out quick enough! It’s cheap enough but given the experience I would question the value. All staff were extremely friendly but just wish they followed up on the requests
