Wish we were here for longer!
We had a fantastic stay here. It was really central in a great part of Manchester. The swimming pool and steam room were a huge bonus and enjoyed by the whole family. Gym was also fully equipped but we didn’t have time to use it unfortunately.
Our tv didn’t work which normally wouldn’t be an issue but the Olympics were on so we would have liked them on in the background while getting ready. You could stay here for ages as rooms were big and facilities in hotel were amazing!

Great hotel
The rooms were clean, comfortable and amazing value for money. It was easy to walk to Victoria station to get the Tram, and the option of a pool/ steam room/ hot tub was also very nice. Breakfast was fantastic. Gym was clean, quiet and had lots of equipment
The steam room wasn't always very hot or steamy, and the pool was full of families and it wasn't as relaxing as we'd hoped for a couples break. On one day the hot water didn't last long in our room

Excellent pool and breakfast.
The bin that was not emptied from the previous occupant showing all their rubbish to us, including a used nappy. Reception handed us a bin bag to change it ourselves.

Great room - not so great steam room/pool
Room was perfect, great appliances and was clean. Room was quiet and met all of my needs.
The steam room didn’t work that well and had an awful odour. The overall cleanliness was not great when it came to the hotel facilities.

A perfect romantic birthday get-away for two. Can highly recommend City Suites in Manchester.
We really enjoyed our stay with City Suites. The inclusive breakfast was a real bonus. It was great value for money and beautifully served and prepared.
The pool was great, however the Steam Room was out of order, which was a shame. It would have been wonderful if they had a sauna as well.
