There are beyter hotels in mamchester. Please avoid this one.
No wayer bottles in room, No phone in room to call reception.
If you want to reach out to reception you have to use your phone and call them. Half of the times the calls go unanswered. Very expensive and mediocre breakfast buffet for 15 pounds pp.

Stayed here for a wedding nearby. The hotel at this point was 3 months old, so I'm not surprised it was clean and tidy. Staff were helpful, the location is great and the price was even better. Can't really fault it. We would stay here again when visiting Manchester.

It was a wonderful stay in Loft hotel , the staff were kind and friendly and the hotel was near the train station

The staff were friendly but could not issue a receipt when I checked out, 4 days later and still no receipt. Worse the drains backed up and my bathroom and room smelled like a sewer. I had to go up the road and buy some glade, when asked how my room was I explained and no notice was taken just a promise it would be added to a snagging list. It was disgusting. The room was tidy and the overall decor very good, no options for food in the evening and although I paid for breakfast I could not get out quick enough! It’s cheap enough but given the experience I would question the value. All staff were extremely friendly but just wish they followed up on the requests
