The staff were friendly but could not issue a receipt when I checked out, 4 days later and still no receipt. Worse the drains backed up and my bathroom and room smelled like a sewer. I had to go up the road and buy some glade, when asked how my room was I explained and no notice was taken just a promise it would be added to a snagging list. It was disgusting. The room was tidy and the overall decor very good, no options for food in the evening and although I paid for breakfast I could not get out quick enough! It’s cheap enough but given the experience I would question the value. All staff were extremely friendly but just wish they followed up on the requests
