The location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit. The welcome we got from staff was superb, super friendly, efficient and helpful.
The restuarant was exceptional, with both the staff, service and food was amazing.
Loved being on the 10th floor, as our city view room was spectacular. The room was so clean and smelled really nice when walked in, not to mention, such a great size.

No slip mat in the shower, as i did slip when in there, but no damage to myself or the shower, thankfully.
Also not everyone is comfortable standing naked in view of their partners, especially when your older, so a small curtain might be nice, so it can be drawn for when you need to try yourself after getting out of the shower, as there is no where to hang or place dry clothes inside either the toilet or shower cubicles.

Spacious room with a very comfortable bed, and beautiful view over the Manchester skyline. It's a great location for exploring the city center and the new Deansgate area which is full of eateries. The staff at reception were very good and very understanding when I asked for a quiet room. Excellent customer service

The hotel is like a 5 star hotel, very clean, good looking, beautiful room. It has a gym and a spa, we didn't try them. It has an Italian restaurant at ground floor - very good one, although it doesn't belong to the hotel, you get 10% discount as hotel guest. The staff was very helpful as well.
Nothing to report.
