Good nights sleep .aircon rooms ,excellent breakfast .very comfortable beds .
Lovely swimming pool and friendly staff in health club .
We had Classic room still over £200 a night (with breakfast) tatty areas like chairs ripped and very basic tea/coffee facilities . No phone chargers and no plugs at all near bed .

It has a nice roof top cocktail bar
The front staff were not nice at all ! Girl that checked us in was horrible and unfriendly ! Handed me a sheet with information without telling me anything ! Told me they had no car parking only euro one across the road but when we asked again they had ! With a charge of 30 pound a night ! Absolutely ridiculous you have to pay to stay in a hotel ! I have stayed in ihg in Malta and this was nothing like it ! Staff are horrible at the front ! Security look at you like your dirt ! Staff on the 23rd floor cocktail bar weee so nice and friendly and welcoming
