Staff helpful & kind.
Refill of condiments even though asked. Reception didn’t explain about the Carpark or know if u had a Disabled badge was it free for them

The location was ideal for our weekend, easily accesable and the Cloud 23 bar is your jewel in the crown, the staff were excellent, friendly and efficient and the cocktails and food were wonderful.
I personally found my room poorly lit, the main part of the room was very dimly lit which gave me a headache. I would have preferred a higher level of lighting, reading in bed at night was almost impossible due to lack of light

How helpful/friendly the staff was,breakfast was great a very big range of fresh food and drinks.The bed was very comfortable,we had a great nights sleep.
Little attention to details like stains under the glass on the top of desk/cupboards,hairs in bath,just seemed liked needed a little tlc as there was quite a few chips and cracks in the wood

Room poor quality - stains on carpet, fridge didn’t work, shower bed feels like needs replacing as about to break and lack of toilet roll refresh
