Overall, good value.

Overall, a good stay. We've stayed in a few AC hotels and this was *not* the best in terms of room comfort (it's not a particularly new property) nor quality of the breakfast. The croissants looked liked they'd escaped from a plastic bag, compared with the fresh ones we'd had in Birmingham a few days earlier. Location is good, between two (closely located) tram stops.

The parking is a nightmare and not worth the money. You are charged upon arrival but, if you leave and return, you are not guaranteed to have a space to come back to. The hotel staff did their best, but this was a really poor situation.

Excellent quality and value for money

Its whole hotel has a very high end and modern feel to the place. Friendly staff Well stocked bar Great location for Old Trafford and Media City Wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else when coming for the football

Awful, disrespectful and not great

My personal belongings were put into bin bags by room service when advised to clean room, disgusting behaviour and miscommunication from front desk staff, lack of protocol or service provided.

Staff lack of compassion and wrong information provided by them in relation to timings of hotel facilities.

The hotel was lovely to stay in modern clean inviting the team who work there are remarkable all of them Adam was extremely helpful with answering about the location and where to go and transport into city center which was appreciated when we asked him about the surrounding area breakfast was good

Not a complaint as such toaster a little slow and not toasted enough for my liking abit under done had to put it on again took time up and the other was about at check in wasn't happy not knowing about £50 per night recovery charge if anything was damaged in your room stayed 2 nights disappointed not having any knowledge of this customers should be aware of this prior booking at the hotel the £100 was added to my original payment we was told that it would be put back into my bank account after the car park money was deducted but I have to wait for that not ideal way of doing things especially without knowledge of this so that is why my score is 9 and not 10

Ok, not sure I would come back as I’m not sure it was good value for money.

Good location, quiet. Rooms were relatively clean. I liked the minibar.

There were a few things that were not quite right but again nothing major. Parking in some hotels I’ve stayed in is subsidised for customers and this wasn’t the case here. I would’ve liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room as well.

mattress had seen better days; resulting in uncomfortable night; breakfast room layout was poor- hot food adjacent to main exit doors so food got cold very quickly

it is very clean and well kept and staff are exceptional

the first night we were awoken by construction workers on the first floor banging and drilling at 8am! they didn’t stop until 12 and we couldn’t get back to sleep. The second night was fine but the first night was a complete joke and waste of money

A very comfortable hotel, really convenient location for where we needed to be.

Guests were not allowed to check in before 3 pm which resulted in a big queue at the desk at the strike of 3 !!! The bar was shut when we returned from town.

Excellent check in service. Amazing help from “Roberta”, not only checked us in easily, gave directions to places and helped me download football tickets on my phone. Also helped another guest whose booking had not gone smoothly

Very impressive hotel stay

-Reception staff absolutely excellent. They looked and acted so professionally. Very impressed. -Room cleaned despite only staying two nights. Often overlooked by other hotels so very good. -Excellent location. Near to everything we needed or a short Uber away. -We stayed in Ibis next door last year, and this place is a cut above. -Room excellent value for money and spacious.

-Toilets in restaurant were a bit of a disgrace and very out of keeping with the rest of the property. They need urgent attention to bring up to standard of the rest. -On our first night I asked the bar man if I could see a menu to which I was abruptly told, "There's menus on every table!" And then he continued talking to colleagues.. He was stood talking to 2 other staff members behind the bar and no customers so I assume he was annoyed I interrupted his free time. As a result we just went out for food. In honesty he let the rest of his Marriott colleagues on reception down and indeed the staff mark.

Bed too soft, actually so soft it hurts your back. Breakfast was limited. Poor coffee. Would not let you go through check in procedure prior to time room would be ready. Room noisy from road outside.

Good price, modern hotel

This is a modern hotel, close to a tram stop. Better price probably because it's not right in the city centre. Plenty of facilities in the rooms, including a fridge, kettle, iron and a free safe.

Staff did not seem happy to be there.
