Such a great hotel in the centre of Manchester, giving a premium feel with a chilled vibe!
- Very spacious room with huge windows - Super comfy bed- we slept really well - Very quiet even though on a main road - Lifts very quick and easy - Really clean - Fab shower - Very attractive and thoughtful decor -Loved the body wash/shampoo and conditioner - Yummy breakfast - Liked the filtered water station on each floor
- There could have been more info on the interactive TV screens- I wanted to know when breakfast was until and ended up using my phone. Also they should load the in dining menu on there. - We struggled to "cast" from my mac book onto the screen so in the end couldn't use the big screen which would have been great

This place is just outstanding! Loved every single minute I spent in there. The family room is exceptional (had it all to myself), gym was great and well equipped (and open 24h, for the early birds like me). Breakfast was yummy, outstanding decor everywhere you looked, very professional staff. I will definitely come back.

Fantastic clean & cosy stay, great location & friendly staff
We loved our stay, we booked this for our son’s birthday and the room was perfect for a cosy night in. The tv in the middle of the room was a win as we spun it round and watched movies on the sofa and then could turn it round when we got in bed. The room was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful
Great location but parking was tricky for us as there was a height restriction on the car park below the hotel. It isn’t the hotels car park

Centrally located hotel with a pleasant woodland themed interior.
Excellent cooked breakfast, made to order.
Lack of instructions on how to use the Nespresso machine. Shower base a bit slippery. Room decor pleasantly quirky and comfortable, except for the exposed original concrete beams. Ugly to stare up at whilst in bed.

Well I obviously enjoyed it as I’m returning this weekend.
Clean tidy sound prof stylish lush. Reception staff were amazing especially Patience.
The shower door fell off!! Twice! My in room food was lovely but sadly Luke-warm
