The middle lift was temperamental with door not closing properly . One cup missing for tea as 3 in the room

A really comfortable hotel with a quirky design. We had a bigger room with a sofa bed which gave us plenty of space. Nice that real milk was included to add to tea and coffee in the room. Staff were excellent and quickly gave us umbrellas when they saw us heading off into the wet.
Bathroom was a bit small.

The bar and lounge area
The hotel is still under construction and was happening right above us. We could not sleep from 7am.
The breakfast menu was not adequate for children. No cereals or normal bread/toast.
Too many lights and light switches in bedroom.
Ceiling has been stripped right back to concrete and all the noise insulation has gone meaning no privacy above or below for people staying.
