A great location and hopefully will have the opportunity to stay in the future.
The Spa facilities were excellent and the hotel was very clean and smelt lovely in the hall ways. The ice facilities were a nice touch and I mentioned on the booking that it was my daughter’s 21st and a cake and card was put in our room as a surprise which was lovely.
The lift situation… it took over 10 mins to get access to the lift which is not acceptable in a 5 star hotel. The staff on reception didn’t smile and I think for the price of the stay breakfast should have been included.

Great for a night out in the city
Love the location and facilities. Check in is however poor - not enough desks and lifts for the volume of people! However - delays were rectified with complimentary drinks vouchers.

Room, beautiful, clean and quiet. Issues with lifts but the hotel made visitors aware. Spa facilities amazing, staff exceptional. Reception staff so welcoming.

Lifts are being upgraded so down to 2 lifts in use. Can be a lengthy wait at peak times to get from bedrooms in the higher levels. We were on floor 14

This hotel was excellent, the hotel itself felt grand and the room was great. Comfy bed and everything you could want. The location was also brilliant.
Shame there is no parking but its central Manchester so to be expected.

I was underwhelmed by the service and the room.
Breakfast service was very good. Hotel was well located for local transport links and Manchester Piccadilly. There are many restaurants in easy walking distance. The spa facilities were good as were the staff.
The room was fairly basic and lacked any personal or special touches. The coffee machine leaked and even though I asked for a replacement this wasn’t actioned. Some staff were good while others seemed disinterested. Breakfast was basic and not good value.
