The Edwardian Manchester, A Radisson Collection Hotel

Everything! I love this hotel and whenever I’m in Manchester it’s the only place I like to stay. Gary provides a personalised and exceptional service. The team are lovely to speak to and across both bars and restaurants they are incredible. I love the spa too.

Great location and overall the staff were friendly and welcoming. The spa facilities were also lovely once we were able to access them.

The room did not feel like what we expected from a Premium Room booking. It felt like it was in a different part of the building with no skyline or city feel at all and overall felt much more standard than premium. The bathroom was also surprisingly small. We had requested twin beds which unfortunately wasn’t accommodated. The air conditioning also did not seem to work properly and the room became very warm overnight. We didn’t raise this during the stay as we had already unpacked and settled in by that point and realistically didn’t feel much could be done without disrupting the stay further. We had also booked the room for two guests with spa access included, however the spa booking had only been made for one person.
