The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were finished to a high standard and were stylish and retro, very cool! Location was great and on a quiet street but still in the city centre.
There was a constant noise, like a white noise, in the hotel room, coming from the vents, even when the heating/aircon was turned off. Didn’t bother me too much but if you like silence when you sleep it is worth mentioning. Also a dressing gown would be nice :)

The property is brand new. Everything was spotless. Staff were pleasant and attentive. The club down stairs was busy with a fantastic cocktail menu.
The club downstairs closed at 1am on a holiday weekend. 😢

Excellent location (seeing Russell Howard at the Opera House), great staff, lovely relaxed ambiance, well appointed room, quiet at night, nice bar, good breakfast

Very high spec love the design, lobby smells great!
My room stank of drains, had to ask 3 times for an iron and ironing board. No help with luggage at all.
