Dinner was bad, the pasta that i had selected from the set menu for my child was uncooked i felt. The food was below-average. completely unexpected for Hilton standards.

Room good and very clean. Breakfast was excellent
Room not ready upon arrival even though after 3pm. Had to wait for some time to get room key card without a great deal of updates from reception. Bar experience not great either

The room was spacious, big large bed which was comfortable! The staff brought up the cot for us which was lovley and clean perfect for the baby! Bathroom was lovely with all shampoo / condition left for us. Parking was very handy.
The pull out couch was very hard and not just mattress. The surrounding areas off it were and also left the bars sticking out either side of the mattress making it unsafe for our daughter. Breakfast wasn't very much to choose from either. TV also didn't work.

Very noisy neighbours throughout the night and no-one answered the phone at reception when I rang to complain
