    This hotel is easily accessible from the motorway. The staff are excellent and the facilities are very good - rooms, grounds, leisure, restaurant. I look forward to staying here again

    We had a fantastic experience at Crew Hall & Spa. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Dawn at reception catered for all our needs and questions and was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. In the dining room, Josh Vickers and Abbey absolutely owned the floor with their professionalism, attentiveness and wonderful presence. They made every meal feel special. The food, from breakfast right through to the evening meal, was absolutely outstanding. Everything was beautifully presented, full of flavour and clearly prepared with great care. A special mention also goes to Marcin, who did a fabulous job with the cleaning and setting up of our room. Everything was spotless and beautifully presented. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We felt genuinely looked after from start to finish and would highly recommend Crew Hall & Spa. We’re already looking forward to returning!

    We were surprised to learn that such good location and reputation of venue as we checked in room was not done as we entered into room went back to reception explained the state of room given a second room with apology went into second room same state of room again again back to reception to complain manager was very reluctant to offer any offer to make guest happy all we got was apology but after some explaining issues and what would they would do if that happened to them kind of conversation management only offered us one bottle of wine and 20%off our stay in room I don’t think that was enough to keep customer happy but we were there for our occasion as we had to be but we definitely will not stay or visit this venue anymore as it left us with bad experience.
