Really lovely staff on reception, very helpful. Rooms were big and clean.
Food was not great. Breakfast was probably the nicest. Rooms are very dated but a good size.

My room was fine , especially for the price.
It was a bit dated , the balcony doors didn't close/lock properly. But it was spotlessly clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Mini fridge in room which the maids kindly gave me some drinks for, fizzy drinks and beer, no hairdryer, I think you could hire one from reception though.
Tea and coffee but no milk, shop right nextdoor though
Whilst my room was absolutely fine. Some members from my group had a very odd room that was on a huge slant.( It felt like you was on a ship 🤣
And they heard lots of noise coming from nextdoor rooms.
I think I got lucky with my room and neighbors, so I think rooms could be hit or miss..
Location was fab and just a short walk to the beach and old town bars. Was perfect for my first trip to old town, but finding my bearings when I was there, I've since found better apartments better location and even better prices, so I wouldn't stay here again due to the likelihood of hit or miss room allocation, absolutely super busy hotel, very Spanish favoured which they can be quite rude and pushy so ,wouldn't return. Staff were so so busy but still lovely and welcoming, not really a fault of the hotel but would just prefer something a little quieter and little bit better quality. Didn't regret my stay at all though, just wouldn't return with better options out there
Lifts take absolutely ages, really busy hotel.

Staff is hard working and helpful even if they don’t speak English, they try to help.
Plenty of food, which is not great but not too bad either, we were not going hungry and kids were happy.
Beds were comfy, pillows could be better.
You can hear noises from other rooms, corridor and outside. Bathroom bit dated but all was clean. Hard access to lifts if you need to use them.
