Authentic place to stay in this ancient town

Situation was nice and the room was comfortable. Good breakfasts too

My room was up a narrow metal staircase which was difficult as I had a bad back. No help was offered which was disappointing.

Not like the picture and not worth the money.

Perfect location.

Not at all how it looks on the picture. We had to turn on the shower and bath at the same time for hot water. The sofa was damaged. Everyone could look straight inside.

Enjoy the heart of Durbuy!

Superb location in the heart of the historic centre of Durbuy with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops plus the castle and river in the immediate vicinity. This hotel boasts a large restaurant with big terraces and great views. Staff at reception and restaurant are very helpful and go the extra mile to serve customers. The hotel has 5 parking spaces in a spacious underground parking lot of which the entrance is nearly impossible to find. But once you found it, it is only a short walk to the hotel and cheaper than the public parkings. Try to book the junior suite which is spacious and comfortable and just 5 steps up the stairs from the reception.

Stunning location with rustic Belgian charm and modern luxury

Stunning location with old world charm and modern luxury. Super friendly and helpful staff, beautiful room with a brilliantly stocked fridge and very comfortable large bed. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also absolutely delicious!

Needs to be signposted from the parking area and the parking situation made clearer to guests. Jacuzzi bath wasn’t working which was a shame

stairs up to room were quite difficult to navigate so probably best to ask for an accessible room if you have problems carrying items upstairs or have mobility issues

Nice stay, sadly the room smelled like sigaret smoke and the bed was poor quality

The location in the center of Durbuy. Restaurant ia good. The staff is friwndly.

It looks like gone glory. The room smelled like someone had smoked in it. The matrasses were past their due date. For a suite it good have had a better view and a water cooker was missing. Expensive restaurant.

All together it was a very nice stay even if there could have been some improvements

The room was spacious, clean.comfortable beds. Very well situated. Breakfast buffet was very good. Reception staff was very friendly

Bathroom had a non working bubble bath and some tiles and other could use a bit of loving repairs. My ribs in the restaurant were carbonated on one side and the steak was bleu instead of a point.

Situated in the middle of the village. Good breakfast and kind staff!

We stayed in a separate part of the hotel and entered via a staircase which looked like an emergency exit. Cleaning equipment was visible in the hallway behind a chair. Just not the coziness you’d expect.

The rooms are brand new and have a lot of space. Location is great.

The rooms did not have Airconditioning and are very hot during the summer. Outside are a lot of wasp and there are no screens for the windows, so you need to keep the windows closed. Also the cocktail bar beside the hotel makes a lot of noise until 2 o'clock at night.

the staff was super friendly. the room was amazing! they even upgraded our room. the bed and the pillows were extremely comfortable.

maybe the check out should be around 12 and not at 11 specially because the hotel/room are so nice that you don’t want to leave.

The room was very cosy and nicely decorated. There was a tv which had working Netflix which was an absolute plus.

The staff could be a bit more friendly. When we passed the desk to leave for our restaurant, they didn't even look up.

The deluxe room is very spacious, cozy, stylish and very comfortable- looks the same as the pictures. Great location. Breakfast quality was good.

At night you hear everything in the hotel, especially people walking upstairs. It is so clear, it sounds like they are in your room. Breakfast choices were limited, location was super tight for the amount of people. The staff was could be a little bit more friendly, maybe pretend that you are actually the customer and they are not doing you a favor by taking your money.

Lovely hotel in fairytale town let down by rude staff

A charming hotel with gorgeous views out the windows. Room was very large and perfectly clean. Soft bed, but we loved it...

The staff at the front desk are really nice, but there is a lady who was working (well on her mobile phone) in the restaurant one of the evening who was unbelievably rude! As a result of this incident - we will stay elsewhere when we visit this gorgeous town again. Room had a coat rack that was coming out of the wall, which we could not use, and we would have loved a kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

One night in Durbuy

The rooms are really charming and the bed is so comfortable! Everything was great for the price. The only thing which we didn’t expected was the temperature of the water... The first person who took the shower has hot water but the second one only had cold water left.. the same when we wanted to took a batch.. only cold water came out.. this could be improved but except that, all good!

Thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay. The room was incredible and the bed one of the most comfortable I have stayed in. The hotel was excellent and located perfectly.

Could not fault anything at all.
