The owners Rachel and Matt went above and beyond what I expected. While I was staying at the property, I suffered a health emergency and had to be submitted to hospital. This meant that I couldn't check out and remove my belongings at the scheduled time. Rachel and Matt packed up my belongings for me and held onto them until I was ready to collect them. Thank you Rachel and Matt and their son Josh for being so understanding and helpful.
There wasn't anything which could have been better.

We used the accommodation for a short 1 day stop over before catching flight early next morning. We found the space Very clean and tidy. good communication with host and very convenient for Stanstead. also had lots of kitchen facilities for such a small space, fine for making a small family meal. short walk to shop and playground across road for the kids.
One minor comment rather than criticism. The space is so clean and tidy with white walls, carpet and bedding, you are nervous to make mess when travelling with two young children. Also ornaments at grabbing height for small children
