Realy liked the location and the property was clean and well equipped. Realy liked the proximity to shops and the suggestion from the owners re asking car park owners(Tesco) for a parking space was spot on.

Access prooved a little tricky with minor issues with the lock box, but this was rectified with relative ease. Decor was a little tired with a few stains on carpets, walls and floor covering. However these did not distract from our comfort or stay one but and can be put down to popular accommodation and wear and tear.

I have stayed at this property a few times, and although I have made suggestions to encourage improvements, it seems the managers ignore them. I will try one more time: please replace the entryway carpet with a dark-colored one—the current one is filthy. In this heat, they didn't even provide fans; the shower was broken, and I had to fix it three times just to get it working. Ice buildup in the freezer prevented the fridge door from closing properly, so I had to clean it out. There were no dish towels in the kitchen, so I ended up using a pillowcase. There was no dish soap; I spent a week there with only three rolls of toilet paper; and the double bed was extremely low, with a sagging mattress propped up underneath by a piece of wood. It is high time things were fixed at this property; there will come a point when the accommodation loses its purpose, given that the goal is to offer comfort to guests. Considering the price we paid for the stay, there should at least be fans to cope with the heatwave currently hitting England. I hope you take this feedback regarding the property into account! I forgot to take photos of the shower's condition before and after the repair; however, I know they are aware of what I fixed, because the issues with this property are obvious.
