It was a beautiful apartment, but not what I thought it would be.
The flat is beautiful: modern and very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were luxurious. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony off the living room is nice. Having a parking place was helpful.
The description said the apartment was air conditioned, but it is not. The temperature in the flat was 28 C and the heater was set to 36 C and was in a timer to automatically come on. The thermostat was not user friendly for adjusting. Also the elevator was broken and London was experiencing an unusual heat wave. We were really looking forward to the air conditioned apartment as it was listed in the Booking description.
