Excellent location, new build property close to supermarkets, train station et. Comfortable beds, modern decor and facilities. Check in instructions were very thorough and easy to follow which was appreciated. Lots of potential.
Vape left on nightstand from previous visitor/cleaner? Cutlery needed re-washed before use. Was missing some essentials like bin bags, dishwasher tabs etc. which would help visitors keep the place tidy and make for a more comfortable stay. I think with some very minor tweaks it could be excellent.

Smart, comfortable apartment close to the center of Harlow and to Harlow Town Station. Very helpful owner who dealt promptly with some minor issues we had.
The preparation of the apartment appeared a little rushed, but nothing serious.
